Ready to throw in the towel this time around :(

    HELP!!
This is R 2 P2 VLC 6 for me...and all I have done is lose a bit, only to gain it back.
Im so frustrated i want to sit in a corner and cry
It took me 3 days to lose my load gain of 4 #
    then nothing but gains.
I have switched drops this time as I had a huge problems in R1. You suggested it is probably due to bad drops.
I purchased the new drops and vitamins from a reputable company with such positive member testimonies and results.
I stick to the original protocol.
I am having some digestive issues and insomnia all week, some PMS perhaps too. [ i underwent a hyster 6 yrs ago so don't get TOM but still ovulate]
I cut out melba, increased protein to 106-115 g and stick to one fruit [apple or strawberry]
Im staying away from things that made me gain last round like beef/tomatos etc....lessons learned
I drink well over 80 oz of water daily even up into the 100 0z

Im just at the end of my rope this morning..... in one week, the BEST week supposedly Ive got nothing to show...very defeating.
I would like to lose 15 pounds and I am aware that it comes off slower, but this is ridiculous.
Im not sure my head can take much more struggle.
The first round was really really tough, i was sick the entire 38 days, lost 18.6 ....struggled all through P3 P 4 but managed to stay 1.8 above LDW
But i never gave up, Im not a quitter.
This week is just so tough mentally with the gains

Could this just not be for me this second round? Nothing has worked for me in the last 2 years. I Really thought HCG was going to be my ticket to good health and weight loss
So defeated and looking for answers that i can't find on my own

I certainly do not mean to discourage anyone but can't understand this round for myself????
    Im at a loss.
thank you in advance for your replies

Don't give up. There are many things slowing your loss. Are you eating too much salt? Are you having bm's daily? What kind of make up are you using? You may need to increase/decrease your dosage. Try adding in some light exercise.

before you exercise, talk to Grammy. What do you mean by being sick on the last round? I got sick quite a few times when I was in round one, then Grammy had me skip a day and lower my doseage and I was fine. If you tell Grammy what kind of drops you're on and if they list HCG as an ingredient, and what the dose is she can help you. Just wait til you talk to her. I am on my 2nd round also and one day 22, and am having a second stall. this is just a few days though. So just wait until you can get her advice, don't give up yet. good luck

    Hi ladibug...

I'm not exercising at all...didn't mention that above so not sure how you drew that conclusion ??

Round 1 symptoms don't really need to be rehashed now since I have changed drops and am on R2 and not experiencing those.

Struggling with gains in round 2 in my very FIRST WEEK of LC and need help with that.
Eating exactly how I ate first time around with no troubles.
Experiencing insomnia and digestive problems [not experienced in R1P1] and was seeking advice on these things.

I know my HCG drops are good this time, they come from a reputable company with a tremendous success rate.
I'm just having a very teary day today with the latest gain...lack of sleep is NOT helping me control my emotions either
thanks for the reply, I will wait to hear if Grammy chimes in.

twacy, are you SURE your drops are good? Do they say hcg 3x, 6x or something similar with an x? A so-called reputable company with a good success rate can be all hype. So you must look at the ingredients for yourself.

    Hi Grammy
    thanks for replying
drops are Omni Drops from Omnitrition out of USA
3x6x12x30x60x with vita B12 same dosage as above
    https://www.omnitrition.com

wondering if the insomnia [pre HCG] os a source of my gains?
just desperate to figure this out.
    I hate quitting anything

Okay good. Lack of sleep can cause some weight issues. So you've only lost 4 pounds in 6 days? That's definitely on the low side for the first week. What have you been eating?

I did a similar thing before my current round. I stopped and ordered injectable and have started again. It is going much better. I think my drops were bad. Sorry to hear you are having such a rough time.

Nothing different from R1 that is what 's so frustrating.
I try to keep beef to every other day and eat chicken and fish, I hate fish btw
100-125g of veggies each meal, usually romaine, celery
No melba toast and one fruit usually an apple.
I upped my protein a little too to make up for missing fruit/toast.
I track my calories and nail just about 500 daily or come under by 50 giver or take.

I have original hair/face cosmetics left from R1 all water based.
I feel WAY better on these drops than how weak, tired, headachey, lethargic etc I felt on the old ones

I ate beef and cabbage with Franks yesterday for lunch, snack was an apple, and dinner was halibut and romaine and strawberries [only 2nd time in week having 2 fruit] , drank over 90oz and showed a .6 gain today
I am careful with cabbage, only one meal a day and then a day or so without it.

    I feel so defeated today

It's probably water retention from the Frank's. I see that cause people a problem all the time.

Really? I eat this stuff by the gallons...well ok.. not gallons but a lot. On my caggabe..... double whammy???
It didn't bother me first round though?

I guess my BIGGEST question is this.....
Am I still losing even if I'm retaining water...[which I definitely know I am]
I imagine that seems odd asking if I can lose while gaining LOL
but would inches still be coming off OR once I release this water [unsure how] I will see a release?

If You say yes to the above, that will give me HOPE and I could cling to that and carry on.
I do have determination and perseverance.
    It just seems hopeless today.

Here I though the cayenne would be thermogenic??

Oh yes, you're still losing fat. It's just water retention. It will go away eventually.
