Hi there, Grammy. Have you started up your new round? I’m loading today and tomorrow. It’s been years since I’ve done this and I’m a little nervous. However, I remember how the HCG takes away my appetite, so I’m sure all will be well.

Hello silverwind. Yes, I've started. I loaded on Sat and Sun and went on to P2 yesterday. I'm getting into the swing already. Lost almost 4 pounds yesterday!

Congratulations on your 5 pound loss. It is the most exhilarating feeling, isn't it? The first three days are so much fun...I'm down another 2.6 today. It's a bit of a relief to have such simple food choices too....do I eat the shrimp, or the beef or the fish? Hmmmmm. Now which vegetable? Spinach, chard, a salad? Hmmmmm. Grab a piece of fruit....DONE. Voila! Best to you today.

It shouldn't be a problem, silverwind. I've had to take an antibiotic on hcg before.

I'm only able to do a 30 day round because of travel so I hope to lose 15 pounds which is about my average daily losses but we'll see.

I myself mostly do better on Chicken and fish. I have done the shrimp and beef, but you can't do beef twice in a day. With chicken or fish you can. And for vegetable I do best with cucumber and celery, or asparagus. Some vegetables and proteins don't work for everyone. Experiment and see if it works for you
