Grammy - I did a 43 day round April of 2012. I did another 23 day round July of 2012. I tried (and quit) another round in June 2013 after only 10 days due to some family emergency stuff. I waited about 17 months and am about halfway through a successful 43 day round, under doctor supervision. My question for you, is how long do I need to wait until I start my last round? It should be a short round as I'll be pretty near goal if things continue to go as well. I don't know if it should be 8 weeks, 12, 16? Your opinion please?

Between a second and third course eight weeks should elapse,
between a third and fourth course twelve weeks,
between a fourth and fifth course twenty weeks and
between a fifth and sixth course six months.
Is this correct?

Here is what Dr. S says when you want to do many rounds.
Rounds: 1 and 2 P3:3 weeks P4:3 weeks
--------2 and 3 P3:3 weeks P4:5 weeks
--------3 and 4 P3:3 weeks P4:9 weeks
--------4 and 5 P3:3 weeks P4:17 weeks
--------5 and 6 P3:3 weeks P4:23 weeks
Any subsequent rounds P3:3 weeks P4:23 weeks
Not sure if DR. S. addresses when you wait a long time between rounds. But I am pretty sure with waiting as long as you did after your last attempt that you can treat this round as round 1.

You've waited a very long time in between rounds so you should be okay to start again in 6 weeks.
