Exclamation First timer... R1, P2, D5. All I think about is food!!!

I consider myself a mentally disciplined person but since I've been on this diet all I do is think about food. I'm following the P&I protocol to the tee without any deviations. I would appreciate any advice as to how to get control of my food obsession. I wish I had someone to go thru this with as I think I'd be much stronger. Help!!!

    Goal: 120lbs.
    R1, P1, D1: 141lbs.
    R1, P1, D2: 143lbs.
    R1, P2, D3: 145lbs.
    R1, P2, D4: 142lbs.
    R1, P2, D5: 140lbs.

If you're hungry the dose is wrong. What are you taking?

I was the same way for about 10 days. I wasn't hungry, but I had a terrible time not obsessing about food!! This forum is an AMAZING place to hang out. About halfway thru, I started reading about Phase 3 and the Leptin Reset, and for some reason that helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel. After about 2 weeks, all was good. I can't believe my willpower and strength. I have a terrible sweet tooth, and I keep a giant bowl of chocolate candy in my office for my employees. I have not taken a single piece of candy since starting this. Start looking at it as a FIGHT, and you'll get through it! It was also important for me to take one day at a time and not look too far ahead. You'll be glad you've fought the fight!
