    Unplanned Trip

    Hi Grammy!
I have read P&I, as well as your responses on unplanned breaks.
I'm wondering if you could help me.
I just found out I need to join my husband on a very important weekend conference with clients.
I began HCG on February 7. We leave next Thursday on February 26 and home Sunday, March 1st, which will only put me at day 20 of injections. What should I do?
Should I stop injections during Thurs-Sunday and do the best I can?
Or should I continue with injections and do the best I can?
I am sad because I have done so well and am at 12.2 pounds lost.
I would really appreciate your guidance. Thanks so much!!

I would continue with injections and do the best you can. Otherwise, you're taking a break too soon and you don't want to run the risk of regaining those excellent losses!

    Thank you so much Grammy!
I know there will have to be social cocktailing and I can probably "fool" people with a sparkling water, but if needing to have a drink, would you say Vodka soda is my best choice over wine?

I don't drink at all so I don't really know. LOL Something that doesn't have much carbs or calories maybe? I am totally not up on anything to do with alcohol. LOL
