The way you change the ticker daily is to log into your account on the ticker site and update it. The changes will appear in your signature automatically.
Shrimp and asparagus sound like a good choice. Plain shrimp or a broiled white fish are the best restaurant choices you can make while traveling. Most everything else has been marinated with sugar and oils. You can have lemon juice and herbs with that if you like. I like to get sliced tomatoes. Have a good trip!

Well, I did as instructed I thought, and pasted the BB code into my signature, but it just shows the whole link to paste - it never turns into a pic of a ticker. Any advice? Thanks!
Ok - what?! Now I see there's a ticker! I guess I have to try going back in to edit it even tho I already put my weight and goal etc on there (those details aren't showing up)...

It looks like your image URL is mistyped or missing something. The image address does not resolve.
Can you check your lilyslim account page and copy the image location URL again?
Once you have the right image address, it should display in your signature if you wrap it in the IMG tags like this:
[IMG]YOUR IMAGE URL HERE[/IMG]

My ticker from weight-loss-center.net stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I have not changed my signature or anything. I logged onto Weight Loss Center's website and it looks fine there... Not sure what changed... Any help is appreciated.
