email notification

How do I UNsubscribe from e-mail notification on all the threads I have subscribed to?

Go to settings at the top of the page.

I think you just go back and unsubscribed to the thread or threads you no longer want to see emails from or have in your subscribed listing.

Yep, just visit your Subscribed Threads page http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums/subscription.php and then click on the check box to the right of Notification in the blue bar above the threads you are subscribed to. This selects all the threads currently being shown on the page.

Then at the bottom click on the Selected Threads button at the bottom right and click on Delete Subscription.

But I don't want to UNsubscribe to them. I just don't want to get e-mail notifications anymore.

I stopped the emails by going into the settings?

You go to settings/subscriptions/select the thread and in the drop down box for settings/chose to view through control panel instead of the email options.
