Is there a setting that enables me to go to the last post I read (or last page) on the threads I'm subscribed to?? This feature is available on other BBs so I'm not sure if it's a setting or what.

Yes, when viewing your Subscribed Threads you can click on the small blue icon in the Last Post By column and that will take you to the last unread post in that thread.
