    How do I get rid of the "I'm new" under my name.

    I hit reset a few times but it is still there

    You have to give yourself a new member title to get rid of it.

    Settings > My Profile > Edit Profile >

    Custom User Title;

    Type something in the text field there.

    Hitting reset will just keep the default "I'm new!" title.
