This is my 5th time doing hcg. Rounds 1,2,4 were successful (well gained 6lbs during the holidays after round 4). I figured out what not to do in maintenance on my 3rd round (gain all my weight back). I am 7 days in for my 5th round, usually the time I loose the most weight, average 1-1.5lb a day. As of right now, I'm only down 4lbs. I'm having trouble having BMs but finally did so last night and still haven't dropped anything. My first day, I lost 4lbs and have been up and down .5lb since. I would like to loose 10 more lbs within next 2 weeks but not sure if I can or how I can get through a stall within the first week. Any thoughts or recommendations?
