Hello

Just noticed that we are almost exactly the same here with regards to weight and when we started. I am currently in p2 day 4. I know you are ahead but we are close with weight and goals

I have lost a total of 11.6 lbs since Monday which was my first day of vlcd. Starting was 218 and I am now 206. My goal is 170. Was wondering if you want a loss buddy?
