Cyclers: how long are you doing p2; how much time are you taking between hcg rounds?

What are schedule are you cyclers following? How long do you spend on hcg and the vcld? How long do you take before starting your next round? What's your reasoning for the schedule you've chosen?

    Thanks in advance.

Alli, I am doing 28 days and did 2 weeks on p3. Today is r2vlcd1.

    Are you on p2 now?

It looks like there aren't many active on the cycling threads right now.

    Thanks for your reply, Ducky.

I have become extremely rogue. Protocol gave me gallstones and when I attempt it now I get very sick. So I am eating fat while using hcg.

I also decided that the rotations are too long. After 23 days at 500 calories I'm ready to eat the dog. Here's my new cycling plan:

    - no loading

    - 7 days of hcg and vlcd

    - eat low carb foods, a little lower in fat than my usual low carb diet

    - transition off of hcg with 2 days of fat fast

    - return to JUDDD and low carb, starting with an up day

    - remain on JUDDD for 13 days, then go back to a week of vlcd + hcg

So far, so good. I've finished the first week of vlcd + hcg and lost 10.2 pounds. I had no load weight because I didn't load and I had no retained water because I was already on low carb before beginning. I won't go crazy eating now that I'm off hcg and the vlcd because I was only on it a week. To me, this seems much more reasonable than protocol. I never stabilized on protocol anyway. I think stabilization just doesn't happen for a large number of people. Maybe even most people.

I assume you are using 2,000 IU vials of HCG so you don't waste a big vial of it? I think I remember seeing where you'd start your HCG while on JUDDD so it's in your system when you VLCD right? So you basically take 9 days of hcg then 11 days of JUDDD with no HCG and 2 days with? Or are you just going straight to VLCD without any hcg in your system.

The only problem I see is if you have 7 (or 9) days of hcg and then 11-13 days of JUDD you are hitting the 20 day mark there. When you cycle back to HCG it's probably going to be pretty weak by that point. Mine has been mixed for about 23 days right now and it's much weaker than earlier in the round. Most remix at 20 days. So you might not have potent HCG for your second cycle. Or you'd have to remix for every 7 day cycle and that would get kind of expensive I think.

I took Hemo 15 last year with good results. I took 2ml twice a week for 5 weeks. My question is, is Hemo 15 the same as HCG? Has anyone had any side effects using Hemo 15? How should I cycle it? 28 days on and 14 off? Suggestions please

May I ask - what does "JUDDD" stand for?

Are you going to P4 right after p3 or are you going to do another round? Are you doing drops or shots? I am doing injections and have heard that I have to wait 6 weeks in-between rounds so I'm just trying to get some clarification

I personally do not go onto P4... I cycle 3 weeks on, two weeks off

If this is your first round I highly suggest that you do the full on HCG P2, P3 & P$ and then if you still have weight to lose you can try cycling, Cycling is NOT POP.... but it works for some people.... I justify my cycling as a Planned Interruption

Hey is there some life in here? I've been reading the old cycling threads and I'm super excited! I did 2complete rounds in 2013 and then got pregnant...so here I am. I have lots to lose. I'm starting with a 42 day p2, followed by a 21d p3, and then cycle back and forth with 25day p2 and 13day p3s. I am so excited that I don't necessarily have to wait so long in between!
