Hi Gastro! Cycling was popular a few years ago on here. I did it successfully during my second round on drops back in 2010. 23 days on (lost 16) took a 15 day break and then then went for a full 40. I started at 210 and finished at 175. I ate p3 during the break and held the LDW.
It doesn't work for everyone, in fact I couldn't do it now and get my head in the game. I'm sure you've found all the good conversations on here to support you. I will too!
