    Cool Cycling clarification

    I started a round and did 25 days of p2. I decided to try cycling so went to p3 for a week and am back in p2. I'd like to complete 2 weeks in p2 then the 3 weeks of p3 and finally p4. This will be my final round forever. Is this ok or do I have to complete my p2 with 23 days instead of 2 weeks? This part confuses me.

    Btw..I had completed 2 full standard (no cycling) rounds previously.

    Advice is much appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi I found it better to complete each Phase for the correct amount of days this way i found I could maintain the new weight better.

    Your fine. What you are doing is a Perfect on Protocol 39 day round with a 7 day Planned Interruption. You should stabilize like a rock if you follow p3/4...
