I am probably not the most experienced where it comes to cycling but I will tell you what works for me
1. 40 day rounds do not work for me it just does not fit into my lifestyle, because when on P2 I literally do not socialize much,
2. I prefer a minimum of 2 weeks p2 followed by 2-3 days no injections and VLCD, but preferably 3 weeks....then I take 2 - 3 weeks on P3
3. For me this is a bit of my own interpretation on what is vaguely allowable on P&I...
-- because it says you should be on P2 at least 21 days before you can take a planned interruption So I would do my first part 3 weeks on P2
-- then it says a planned interruption can be up to two weeks before you need to load again
-- and then you need to be aware of the immunity part ....if anyone has developed immunity I have not heard of it yet, but I make sure my breaks are reasonable
So.... what works for me is 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off, min two weeks off then I do not specifically load, I just make sure I have an "event" where I would eat fairly "normal" by non dieting terms...
I hope that helps you... I guess whatever works for you is your choice because there is no protocol for not being 100% on protocol...
