    Sounds good to me. I didn't like P3 at this time so can only imagine how I would have felt about doing a P4. I did P3 for a week and decided to call it a planned interruption. I started P2 drops again today. It says I don't need to load but decided to do a mini load today with fats and lots of protein. Will start the 500 calorie tomorrow. This way I don't think I will be as hungry since I'm eating fats today. On P2 I did 23 full days and lost 13 pounds.

    You're not the first to skip P4 and will undoubtedly not be the last. Great job re stabilizing. Good for you!

    No you are not the first. I did this successfully over a year ago. I had a lot to lose and I sure didn't want to stablize at that point. I lost over 150lbs doing it this way. I just come out of P4 and I hated it and started a couple times but couldn't get my head into, so I bounced around and so now I think I have it out of my system and going to do another round, and at this time my goal is 3 weeks of P2...

    yep, LadyRider I'm fairly sure it was several of your posts on the previous forum that got me to thinking about options. I only stated it the way I did so that if anyone was scanning the boards they would know it's off protocol etc.

    I just did 23 days of P2, and am in my 48 hr window of no drops, vcld before I do my P3 interruption for 12-13 days. THis should enable me to have just the break I need to go back into P2 for another 15-18 days and hopefully get to my goal for this round. I really like the idea of an interruption--- sanity break... call it what you will because there's no way I could continue for another 18 days but after a break, I'm sure I'll be back in it like clockwork.

    I know what you mean kreative. My first round was a full long round and there is no way that I could do it again. The other thread had so much good information and ideas on it I still miss it but we are getting there over here.

    I am all over the scale I don't know what the deal is but oh well it will all work out. I have been going up which is not unusual since I usually stablize about 2 pounds above weight. But this morning I dropped 4.4 pounds WTH?? Don't know but I will take it.

    Question on how long my hcg will last.

    I'm using Fertigyn and when I mix it makes 13 doses. If I do a 20 day injection round and break for 7 days, will my hcg still be potent when I resume injections?

    Should I include a skip day?

    I know this is a lame question, my brain is just dead when it comes to this subject today. I just know I'm considering cycling and don't want to totally mess up!

    bl13cw - I'd love to assist but I know nada about dosing. If no one here knows, you might try Grammy's thread- I'm sure you can get some assistance to know how long the dosage will last.

    bl13cw I agree with kreative I don't know much about dosing but you can always asked grammy on her thread she is a genius with this. We love her greatly.

    J Beanie-If you don't mind me asking.. with the 2 weeks on P2 and 1 week on P3, are your losses good? I'm going to try 2 & 2.

    ZERO - I lost around 10 pounds doing 2 on 1 off. I think this is pretty typical. So basically you lose 20 in a month.
