    A Question..about cycling

Hi! I am coaching a friend through this..
She did 28 days with Triumph drops and has been doing P3 for about 10 days (cos of vacation) She would like to do another 10-14 days--does she reload for a day or two ?
    Thank you all!

She can start right back in without loading. The maximum break would be 14 days.

In the protocol this is called an "interuption". It can be taken anytime after completing 23 dose days, and must last between 4-14 days. The total round is still a maximum of 40 dose days all added together.

ok Leez--more of the story...she didnt go ahead and cycle back into hch and now its been almost 3 weeks---too late to cycle? Or still ok to start in with the drops and load for a day?
Is this called cycling still? Wouldn't it be better for her to wait it out? (I know she doesn't want to b/c of a family wedding and vacation ...)
    Lets hear your expert opinion!
    Thank you1

The 14 day limit on the break is part of the original protocol. She can still start again, but she will have to load.

Cycling is any kind of interval that doesn't follow the protocol guidelines. (Usually it involves not waiting long enough to start the next round)

So if she wants to start back in, she will have to load for 2 days as if she were starting a new round.

She has actually completed a P3 during the break, so the best thing would be to wait another 3 weeks before starting again. (Assuming this would be round 2 for her.)

Is there a difference between homeopathic and real hcg here ? I thought maybe with homeopthic it might be different...

The protocol timing rules are the same whether using homeopathic or RX (except for the transition to P3 timing)

With homeopathic, you are not in danger of immunity from doing rounds too close together. However, there can be other problems from cycling like not stabilizing properly, as not enough time is given for the the metabolism to adapt to the new lower weight. This can lead to a situation where you are always re-doing rounds and fail to achieve your goal weight.

Also the skin needs that time to catch up to the weight loss so that you don't have hangy skin issues.

There are those that feel like cycling has worked for them, but I have observed that many get trapped in an endless cycle of mini-rounds. And that is just from reports on the forum. There is no way to know the real scope of how it all plays out with all the people that don't post about it.

So for your friend, the time to add onto her 28 day round with 10-12 more dose days is now compromised by exceeding the 14 day interruption limit. She can still do it, but will have to use 2 of those dose days to reload. She will then need to go through P3 again after that.

She has completed a full round and a P3. If she waits 3 more weeks, she can start round 2, but needs to do a minimum of 23 dose days.

My recommendation would be option 2.

I guess we'll see how she does. She may escape without stabilization problems this time. Some do get away with it for the first one or two cycling attempts.
