    Thoughts on timing?

This is not my first rodeo, but first thought of cycling. I need to make sure my timing is ok.

I ended P2 on 2/3/2015. Wanting to start on 2/22/2015 with 1 day loading, then run a 20 day P2 round ending on 3/15/2015, back to P3 on 3/16. Thoughts? Can I get away with this, or is it too close together?

Edit: By the way (after reading the next comments) I have done a full P2,3,4 round, plus another P2 round.

I am in no way am expert, but just spent the last 4 days reading every single cycling thread! It sounds like you did a 3wk p2, have been in a 3wk p3, and want to cycle back in to p2 after a 1 day load. I would think you should sick to p3 foods for your load. Also, if that second p2 gets you to goal weight you need to do a full 23 day p2. Always finish each p2 by staying on vlcd for 2-3 days before going back into p3. Hope that helps!

Maggie.... although Cycling is not regarded as POP, there are different schools of thought and most cyclers will try for you to stick to the first rule those in the know swears by and that is not to consider cycling unless you have at least one clean round of P2, P3 and P4 under your belt.... but it is up to you
if you have had a 3 week period on P2 and want to break....why not consider what I do...I treat it as a planned interruption...
    P2 - minimum 20 injections
3 days on VLCD no shots
    2 weeks of P3 foods
    no loading
    back to P2....

that is my take on it and how I do it...

    week 1 = -1.1/2.5
week 2 day 2....getting there slowly but surely the scale moving in the right direction....

Hi Yvonne- I am also following your cycling schedule. How long have you been following it?
Do you ever extend p2 to more than 21 injections and still keep the 2wk p3 period without increasing?
    Thanks so much!

not quite sure what you mean....

    increasing what? HCG?...
I have been on about 120 to 125ius for a while now and don't see the need to increase, decrease if anything... but I am on the Chinese variety and according to grammy you don't really built an immunity to it..

I find if I do anything more than 3 weeks on P2, I start stalling
But I am now at a point that I need to start breaking for longer... I am near goal weight and it appears I have gone two and a half weeks on Placebo injections.... hilarious I know but it happens I guess, and now I really have to wiggle HCG around a very sociable period....
In general I would do shots have my PI's and try to not exceed about 43 injections before taking a longer break.....I had a 6 week break over Christmas and hope to reach goal by mid April and then I want to do a full on p3 and P4... but it all depends on the scale....

Sorry, I meant, if you do a longer p2, say 4wks instead of 3, do you increase p3? I have about 80lbs to lose, and I'm curious how you did most of your rounds that took the weight off.
    Thanks!

my cycles has been mainly 3 weeks on and 2 weeks off sometimes 3 on 3 off but I don't do a full on load

I have struggled to lose anything much after September, but I guess it got easier to cheat and I also changed my brand..... If I struggle again on this round I may have to change my supplier but had a really good loss on a new batch this morning, so fingers crossed....

Have been pretty much stable since September but was very bad over Christmas....

My current round I am going a bit rougue just to fit the round into my life with 3 upcoming weekends away

Have you ever completed a full cycle?.... a lot of people who cycles say it is not necessary.... but I wanted to do at least one round right.... before messing around....

for me three weeks on hcg , maybe even 4 works...... anything more becomes hard to sustain within my lifestyle....

I have done about 3full cycles over about 5 years and was maintaining my weight fabulously with fast 5, which i love and will do again to maintain once I'm done. What happened is, I had a baby last year and have been nursing all this time and I gained a huge amount of weight! I was so excited to hear about cycling. And yes, it's also good to be able to plan to be on p3 for special occasions.
I get my hcg from escrowrefills.com, I believe they come from India and are inexpensive and really effective! You can use invitation code CID300713 to get $30 off.
    Thanks so much!

Would love to use the option but apparently India does not ship to South Africa because stuff does not reach the intended destinations..... Due to inadequate intelligence in postal department here......

    Hey joy.... Just a thought....
Should you be on Hcg .... 500calorie diet a day while nursing?....
I am (well used to be) a qualified registered nurse and midwife with about 4 year s experience in pediatrics and neonatal.....

Be sure to weigh you bubba every day as well..... You cannot afford to stump nub as growth for a few ounces a day..... If you feel comfy.... Do it but keep a close eye on both of you daily........ I guess one added advantage is that hCG whilst breast feeding could be your safety net for falling pregnant while breast feeding..... Lol, but who is going to chance it to prove the point?
