Lost 100g this morning. Was surprised actually--thought I would have gained some more. Can't complain
The pharmacist in NSW is a pain to deal with, so I have found one in Melbourne who supplies injections but they are dearer but the process of ordering is much simpler and stress-free!

Lost 300g this morning, yay! I think I will start the HCG injections this weekend, can't wait. Having been sleepimg well, took melatonin last night, slept better. Also been getting migraines, which I haven't had in years.

Generally when you change methods, you overlap them for a couple days. Your body might be catching up to the new format right now. You've gotten some pretty great inch loss though! I've not ever noticed that HCG worked any better when I ate less than the 500 calories allowed, so I find it pointless to cut them out or try and manipulate the diet items.

But if you are not hungry, you're probably going to be fine. Most things level out. All the best!
Same here, just wanted to say GREAT JOB!

Brilliant loss! I love how when things are getting discouraging, a couple of good sized losses get dropped in and inspires us to go on.

Yes, Leez. I was so excited all yesterday morning, it really made my day. I also think that it's because I had such a good nights sleep that attributed to the loss. Didn't sleep well again last night and only lost 200g this morning, but still happy. I was advised by the pharmacist to stop my drops and load again. i think that is a good idea as I feel I can stick to it better after the break and go another 3 weeks. Thanks again for being here to share my joy

I just opened my injection kit which is pre-mixed and for 21days the bottle is less than half full. Am suppose to inject .15ml @ 150iu. Does the amount I got sound right? Doesn't look like its gonna be enough. Help please?

If you are transitioning off drops to injections, the general way to do that is to overlap for a couple of days. You should not reload.

But I don't understand what you mean by "after the break". It doesn't seem like you plan to take a break if you are starting injections on Saturday.

150iu in a .15ml dose is a really high concentration. That's why it looks like so little to you. You don't say what size the bottle is. But even if I knew that, I can't really comment on whether its right or not since you didn't mix it yourself and there is no way to know how it was mixed except by what they told you.

Most of us mix to get a 150iu dose in .3 ml/cc. I mix mine at double that, which is the way Dr. Simeon mixed.
Mixing in a higher dilution makes it much easier to adjust your dose if you find that is necessary.

Hi Kimmy, Wondering what it says on the vial. That may give you a clue as to how it was mixed. Just a thought.

It says on the bottle " HCG 150iu/0.15ML vial 21 doses. Inject 0.15mL (150iu) per day". They are not very helpful. Thank you guys

    Hey Leez,

I finished my 21days with patch and drops yesterday. When I ordered my injections, I told the pharmacist that I was taking hhcg drops and asked whether I should continue and she said to stop until my injections arrive and then load again. That's what I meant by a break--sorry to confuse you.
I have no idea what dosage per cc/ml means in terms of potency. I got the insulin syringes that have 100 capacity.
If my dosage looks high to you, should I reduce it from 0.15mL?
