The dose doesn't look high if it is what it seems....its the concentration that is high. .15 ml is a very small amount, and some always gets left in the needle so that can throw things off. But it will still work. Its possible you could dilute it before filling, but we don't know what solution was used...it could be bacteriostatic water or bacteriostatic sodiium chloride. So since there are so many unknowns, its probably best not to try to change anything at this point.

Here's the thing...if your drops were real (containing actual HCG) then you do not need to load. Just start in. (I assume you are still following the 500 calorie diet after stopping the drops?)

In fact, loading at this point might really derail your progress. The body is very sensitive to fats when there is HCG still in your system, and then very sensitive to starches and sugars right after that period without HCG immediately afterwards. You would gain weight like crazy and then spend your whole first week on the injections trying to get it off.

Thanks Leez, I will not load and will inject tomorrow. I don't think I got the right amount sent to me though. I will call tomorrow. Too busy at work today. It doesn't look like there's enough to last 21 days. I am really hoping that I won't be hungry without loading, lol again. A bit nervous about the high concentration as even with the hHCG drops, which I assume has only minuscule amount of HCG, I got migraines. I guess we'll see... Thanks again for coming to my rescue.

Lost 100g this morning, but somehow feel smaller all over. My clothes feel like they fitted when I was 2 kg lighter, weird. Not sure if it's just my imagination cause my measurement did not decrease. Sleep is still tanked

Haven't been well the last few days. Started with hubby getting a cold, then my daughter and then me. All happened on Friday night and only started feeling better today. Did not start injections. Will start tomorrow. Have been eating normal food the last few days, rice with chicken and veg soup, yogurt, fruits, etc. unfortunately have put on 2 kg but I think mostly water weight as my body feels tender to the touch and maybe TOM is coming? called the pharmacist and she said the half bottle is enough for 21 days. We'll see...

Scales showed a 700g yesterday morning . No idea what's that as I ate to protocol the day before. TOM still not here, but tenderness has subsided. TOM did not arrive last month either. Am not pregnant, too old for that. Started injection yesterday. Will weigh in a bit and update later. Have to get ready for work now.

The gain was likely hormonal, even though TOM did not arrive yet.

Best thing to do is just stay the course, it all evens out eventually.

Finally!! Down 1.1kg!!! Even though I know it's water weight, it is really disappointing to see huge gains. Thanks for your encouragement Leez. I appreciate you

Lost my post this morning. Anyway, down another 600g this morning, yippee! Have lost the appetite for chicken. Been having low-fat yogurt with dash of vanilla, whey protein and stevia. Yummy. Sometimes I add smashed thawed frozen strawberries. Beats eating meat

Down 1kg this morning! Am so excited! No meat yesterday, but did eat about 600 calories. Had PMS symptoms craving for chocolates but didn't cheat-- had more protein shake instead. Hopefully back on track, I am ready to rock on! I know it's just the water weight that I had gained this week, but a kg is a kg . Anything to motivate myself, lol.

Down another 800g this morning! Am very happy cause I actually ate more food yesterday. Was more hungry than usual, also felt colder than usual. Will be busy today and running about, so hopefully that would help. Also reduced dose to 130. With these needles it's hard to get the odd numbers as the gaps are so narrow. Si I actually have been dosing at 140 instead of 150 due to this. The other day the needle didn't go straight in and I didn't realize as I was tired with tanked sleep and hadn't put on my contact lenses, and the found out that I have punctured the skin but the HCG went just beneath the skin resulting in a mosquito-bite kind of bump and a drop of HCG came out of it. But that day I did not feel Henry's at all. So I reduced today to see if it helps.

Sounds like its all going well for you I definitely recognize that HCG chilliness. I have it almost the whole time I'm on it. The kind of coldness where you can't get warm. Some days, the only time I felt warm was if I submerged myself for a half hour in a hot bath. But it becomes kind of comforting...because it tells you the HCG is working.

Wow I didn't realize that being cold is a good sign. Yes, I was so cold yesterday that having the heater on didn't even help. And even though I ate more food, I still went to bed hungry.
