Thread: Aussie HCGers

  1. #2365
Hi Girls sorry I have been abscent for so long, but my life became very complicated, I have finished my journey with HCG as my body just will not release anymore fat this way. I am so happy and have lost so much wieght and body fat. I started at 107kg am now 67 that's 40kg. I was 48%BF and now I am 12%BF that's 36% lower. I have lost so many inches that I can not even remember what they were but I was 48inches round the waist and now I am 30inches. I have documented it with photo's but don't feel the need to post them. I changed tacked back in round 2 and cut it short then I did what should not be done I decided to do 3 days loading 2 weeks p2 1 week p3 and straight back to 3 days of loading then repeat this worked very well for me. I have always used the HCG injections and learned how to dose it correctly for me and I very rarley got any hunger and what I did get a glass of water sorted it out. I hope that I can maintain and have not stuffed it up. Girls I wish you so much success on your journey and the very best outcome for each and every one of you. Kirsty I think your plan is solid and I feel that it can work for you the logic is sound.
    cheers Patrick.

Welcome back Patrick! Wonderful to hear from you and hear that you are going so well!!! My last round, I did a longer loading and I think it helped a little. I'm learning to also take things slower and be happy with smaller, more consistent losses.

Kirsty: I agree. The BMI scale is bunk in a lot of ways. When I was in the low 80 kilos, I was ok. I doubt I will ever lose my pouch belly without sit ups or working out (gross!!! :P) but being able to fit into my clothes without having them cut off my breath is a good thing!! I'm hovering between 92 and 93 now and I feel good about it. I'd like to be in the high 80s but we'll see how it goes.

I had a sandwich yesterday made with proper bread and it was fabulous!!!! The slices were think and whole grain. I need some fibre to get things moving. This not pooping thing is nuts!!! Lots of veggies and sliced meat on the sandwich as well. YUM!

Gained a little this AM, but that's ok. I can't have two huge loss days without a small gain after.

Hope everyone is having a lovely (slightly chilly!!!) Sunday morning!!!

Yes Tanya, do a 3 day load and pig out you need this more than anything as it stops the hunger in the first 4-5 days giving the HCG time to work it's magic.
Just to carify, I did loading 3 days and ate like a pig all of the fattening foods even mars mars in crosaints, then 3 weeks P2 then load 3 days then p3 3weeks and that was it in the last one I lost 1.2 kg every day for 8 days solid, it was awsome, my body can no longer release abnormal fat and I have satablised wondefully.
I would like to add that I follow the Paleo Diet method now as first suggested to me by Kirtsy as this is what works for me, I must say that in the first 3 weeks after finishing that I only added carbs in very slowly and I still limit carbs from junk food I do not eat junk food and get my carbs mostly from fiberous vegatables.
I'm glad Photo that you are going well and as I have stated from the start get the BMI measument roll it up and burn the ******* as it is the single most soul destroying method of measuring a persons healthy weight range as I have ever seen, it's usless. Even when I got down to 78kg it told me I was overweight, bloody hell it pisses me off stay clear of it. I think both you and Kirsyt have much more realistic goals now and you know your bodies, so go for it.
    Patrick.

Holding steady today. That's ok. I did have some wine yesterday and a sandwich.

Tried on some dresses I had in my closet. THEY FIT!!! They were slightly too snug when I bought them. I mean, not so snug I can't wear them, but I prefer a bit more breathing room. MY CLOTHES FIT! YAY!

Hope everyone had a great weekend and is looking forward to the week.

Its a nice feeling isn't it...I love trying on clothes in my wardrobe that didnt fit and are now loose.

Although the realization has hit that I will need to buy all new clothes but im holding off until the end of this round and will just put up with baggy clothes until then.

AFM...i'm holding steady at 77kgs and will start back on P2 loading on Sunday...I am only going to do the one day and then back on the next round of 10 days of P2. If i could lose at least 5kgs in this next block i will be super excited.

    Anyhow...How is everyone else going?

    Round losses so far:7.6kgs

    Hello one and all,

Lots of activity here... yippee! Glad to hear everyone is doing well with their stabilzation/weight loss.

Photo - great work - must be great to fit in to some summer dresses. Well done!

Kirsty - you are such an inspiration - thanks for sharing so much.

Gentle - big hugs to you. HOpe you can 'un'complicate your life soon. You should be very proud of yourself .

The the newbies - how are you going? How is the weight loss?

AFM - I have decided to do a 15 day round, then a 10 day P3 which is when I will be on holidays. As we are camping near the beach I don't think P3 will be too much of a problem. Here is to another few kilos lsot in the next 12 days. I did finally get my hip/leg looked at and I have a very nasty case of sciatia... not happy. Have been taking anti inflammatories to help with the pain. The physio said they might have to send me for a CT scan (OMG!)
Well I hope to check in every day now as it helps me stay on track to know that I will have to write about a gain!

Enjoy the rest of your day

Hi Ellie, you are doing fine and thanks for the comments, but I have gone through a break up so it will take a long time to become uncomplicated, just a note on your sciatica I can so relate as I get it as well. Might I suggest that you forgo the CT scan and ask for an MRI, it is much more accurate. My CTscan did not tell the whole story where the MRI did so the correct treatment was given, good luck.

Hi Kirsty, I must say I never thought clothes shopping would be fun, but I am so into it now and loving it. It's interesting about going onto a 10 day P2 for 10 days and look I think that you can lose the 5kg in that time as I ended up doing similar things, mucked about with it and it seeems to work I don't know if we are tempting fate, but it does seem to go well and i find if that for me if I stay on the paleo diet that it all works out, i suppose time will tell, but I must confess I am so over it now I don't think I could do another round for at least a year, just sick of it., well done good luck and thanks for getting me on that paleo.

Being a bit bad this week. My weight's up a bit but that's ok. I know I cheated (yesterday waas baaaaaad). I know I can get it off too!

It's the weekend, which is when I really struggle to be good. I don't want to get too off track over the weekend.

    Cool I'm Back

    Howdy everyone!

Ellie and Kirsty thanks for your words re my sucky holiday!

Figjam (love your user name) Welcome hope you are liking the patches. What's this FFF you gals are talking about? The QYC makes the YUMMIEST yoghurt!!! I was totally addicted to the rhubard one for months on end until I finally moved onto lemon myrtle (I'm drooling thinking about it) and then I went onto trying passionfruit which was again an addiction for months, then I tried the apple and cinnamon and mango, honey and I consumed at least 2 tubs of the big tubs a week while I was pregnant

photo 2kg on a steak day I really should try to fit in a steak day or 2 before I start R3. I've been enjoying some carbs too. YAHOOO for clothes fitting!!! I remember when I posted about that, such a wonderful feeling.

Re the appatite patches I got 2 free ones to trial so I'm planning to us them in the first week (6 days worth) I hope they help in those initial days when you can be a bit hungry.

Kirsty the cycling sounds like it's really working! Great to hear. 6.4kg is awesome!

Gentle WELL DONE on such a massive release! You must feel wonderful. I am sorry to hear things are complicated. Do take care of yourself.

Ellie sciatica can be nasty and so painful Do you see a chiro? It can really help.

AFM: I've been enjoying my p4 and have been hovering around 2kg over my LDW. Still looking forward to starting R3P2 on Sep 10th

    VLCD 1/-0g 2/-900g 3/-600g 4/-0g 5/-500g MIA with a gain. 73.4kg & loading to start fresh

    Good morning!

So much for my good intentions of posting every day. The weekends get so busy that I just run out of time. The kids had a late night last night and are still in bed - yeah 5 mins to myself.

Gentle - thanks for the tip on the CT/MRI. Thankfully the stretchs seem to be working. Still abit sore when I get up (do you think thats age - nahhh its just I'm not moving)

Photo I argee the weekends are such a struggle. Hope your staying strong.

Soulfire - Welcome back. Sorry to hear the holiday was not perfect. Next time hubby has time off you should plan a haoliday just the three of you (two would be better but thats hard) perhaps somewhere that they have kids club, where you get some couple and me time. I highly recommend Hamilton Island.

I looked up FFF - sounds like I could that. I am struggling with this round. I think that I have to many interferrances at the moment. I am stable so i am not putting on, but I feel like I am wasting my patches, but I really want to get to the 60's. I like Kirsty cycle idea I might try that next time. I an only doing a short round this time as our holidays are only three weeks away...so can't wait.

Hope you all have a good day. Its Fathers Day, so we are off slot car racing and then to the really race track.

I've had a great weekend!!! Had lots of fun and enjoyed it. The scale, however, won't like me tomorrow. Meh. I only have one life, don't I?
