Down another .6 kilos this AM. YAY! My attempt at R3 is going poorly. 3 days in and I have cheated multiple times. Partly because my stomach is HELLA awful and therefore, I am eating bland, soft, mushy foods to make it happy. I've been told to drink milk and eat bananas, which are not P2 but since I can barely eat anything else, I have to eat SOMETHING!!!
I doubt I am getting my 500 calories tho, since my stomach HATES ME!
