    Cooks those drops are hhcg... you can have breakfast out of your allowed foods.. spread it out throughout the day if you want...just dont do two of the same foods together and no more than that is allowed.. i think that is the thing that keeps everyone going is seeing those numbers fall!

    Thanks Jos! I just have to get it together, the diet thingy. I mean, what foods you can have together. I did check it out. But just the thought of chicken nearly every day ugh. Hopefully the drops will make me want this lol. Also can you have xylitol? I guess you at the end of the day it must be less than 500 calories and no two of the same foods together. C

    try this to avoid food boredom http://freehcgrecipes.com/uploads/A_...reatespace.pdf ... copy the food list from pounds and inches out so you know where you are at and start planning now...you will be fine remember it is only 40 days...

    the best thing to do is get your food list off pounds and inches, there is a link on the forum, just use the search function. then plan out your daily menu adding together your protein and fruit calories. make up the rest of your 500 calories with your 2 different veggies for the day. most people do better with losses eating 500-550 calories a day.

    here is another site for recipes. just read them carefully to make sure they don't go off protocol

    Just a quick question. Why is it, everywhere I read, the HHCG is a scam? that it does not have enough hcg in it? I see its working for some people. Im just a little confused.

    Hi,

    It worked for my husband and he lost 9kgs and it worked for me, too!! Are you doing the mininum of 21days or a longer one? Plan your loading days now and pig out (as they call it) so you'll be full as possible. LOL!

    WEIGHT PRIOR TO HCG: 74kgs (162.8lbs)
    Round 1:
    LDW = 67.6kgs
    P3D21=66.4kgs (2.6lbs below LDW)
    P4D21=65.8 (3.96lbs below LDW)

    Round 2:
    POST LOAD WEIGHT (R2)=146.3lbs
    VLCDWk1= -5.68lbs
    LDW = 63.4kgs
    P3D20=61.2 (my lowest weight)
    P3D21=61.3kgs (2.1kgs [4.62lbs] below R2LDW)

    Hey thanks for that. Yes I see it is working for ppl. I will give it a shot. I will try the 21 days first. If it goes well I will do it again lol. I need to lose 15 kgs. So we will see !

    I've just finished my 21st day last Monday and now I'm on my 2days VLCD without HCG. Tomorrow will start my P3...Yay!! This is where I have to eat 1600cal a day but no sugar and starch for 3wks. This stage is where you will make sure that your LDW (last drop weight, that's your weight after the last day of drops) will stabilize and will not go higher more than 2lbs of that weight.

    this has been an ongoing problem with hhcg. some of those that use rx like to disparage the the homeopathic form. many don't understand it, as it works differently. there are only trace amounts of hcg in homeopathic. you would have to research homeopathics to get the complete answer. but, the way it has been explained to me is that it cues your body to produce the hcg itself. i know for a fact that it works. there is a homeopathic thread where many many people are having great losses and stabilizations. some will say it is just that anyone will lose on 500 calories a day. perhaps but you would be pretty hungry without the hcg and that is not the way it is. also, the cheats when you are on hcg/hhcg make you gain way more than you would if you were not taking it. bottom line all forms work and we all need to support each other.

    Thanks for that awesome reply. I was concerned because of the obvious, not having enough HCG, I was concerned I would lose muscle mass etc. But, you know what? there seems to be enough evidence that it is working and we cant do it any other way unless we get a Doc to prescribe and THAT AINT GONNA HAPPEN in backward WA! So thanks for that
