There is hope for me for P4 yet. Maybe I just needed to adjust up. Still want to do one more short round in 7 weeks to get the last couple off!

    Where is everyone?
Wow pasta, that would have been great, wholemeal or not and then no movement up on your scales is great.

I want to do one more round too, thinking in September.

I was wondering where everyone was, just seems to be us two lately.

I am now only 200g up from my LDW with no movement either way for me this morning so I am assuming that, given I am so close to my LDW, that my weight might hand around here for a while. Anything but up is good!!

Happy Friday, again. Gosh the weeks are going quick.

well I guess I'm not feeling too guilty then, cos i'm still +2kg and I've been living the good life eating normally, and drinking wine 4 nights a week. I am still very low carb and low sugar, but no exercise (too busy and too lazy). I am trying to work out how I can do another round but i've got another family trip coming up in September.

    R1 P2 Goal: lose 10kg (22lbs)
    week 1 -3.3kg (7.5 lbs)
    week 2 -5.7kg (13lbs)
    week 3 -7.7kg (17lbs)
    final days ... -8kg (17.6lbs)

    R1 P3 Goal: stabilise!
W1 - +500g of LDW (bummer, but ok) added in dairy: milk & cheese; salmon, avo, olive oil,
W2 in progress, adding nuts, yoghurt, mayo, butter
disaster ... back to normal life +2kg DLW

    Hi all,

    Been a bit awol recently.

I have been busy changing jobs in the past week and it has been mental.

Mrsr1...good work on eating the pasta with no movements that is very exciting.

Nessy, good work on getting back down especially with no steak day.

Gvn...I think your body nay have just wanted to stabilize higher. If you are back to eating good food and drinking wine and a there is no movement that could just be where you should be for the moment.

Afm...the past week has been mental and has gotten out of control. Way to many social events that I had no control over my food and drank way to much.

I am up from ldw and feeling bloated and yuck. Also massive cravings and that pre Tom feeling. So my plan is to start Monday with a steak day followed by a couple of protein only days then onto to clean p3 eating for the rest of the week. No dairy, no wine and no nuts. Hopefully that will get me back on track.

I guess the good news is my measurements are still lower than at the end of p2 so thats a bonus.

Hi everyone, I have just found this forum and I am excited to find a thread with other Aussies! I have recently completed a 40 day round of Homeopathic drops and I am currently in maintenance. I intend to start another round in August and I was wondering if anyone else from the Brisbane area could recommend where to purchase the drops from. I found that in my first round at about day 25 extreme hunger started to happen where it was almost beyond control, I did lose some weight but the last few weeks were extremely uncomfortable and I am concerned that maybe the effect of the drops had worn off? Or I became immune or something. I have another 16kg that I would lie to lose. From what I have been reading you guys have had some great weight loss success, well done.

    Hi Tiah,

    Welcome.

It is not uncommon to have to readjust your dose midway through a round. I would suggest that is what happened.

In your next round keep an eye on your hunger. If you experience this again do a skip day al (do a search on the forum for instructions) and adjust your dose.

Above anything having the right dose is essential and this is hard enough to follow on its own without adding unbearable hunger into the mix.

    Hi all
Nice to see some chatter again
    Welcome Tiah

KG - how's the new job? Good that your measurements are still down. I never did a final measure but I'm pretty much a size 8 on top and size 9 bottom now.
gvn - don't rush it ... you need to take the proper breaks between rounds or you don't stabilise, like I didn't. Sadly for me I'm planning one more short round for that very reason, but need to wait until September I think.
Nessy - sounds like you're pretty stable too!

AFM - I seem to have stabilised around 60.5-ish, which is nearly 2 over my lowest weight and a bit over 1 over my LIW. It took a while to stabilise and it just wasn't happening low. However I seem to be fine. Still not carbing much - but wholemeal pasta seems to be fine, which is a relief because spag bol is one of my fave meals.

My gym membership unfroze late last week. My best mate and I went and did 30 mins on the treadmill and had a big stretch - I was thinking about getting back into exercise slowly because last time i went hard first time back it took me a week to recover. But then I decided to do Sat morning pump class. I used wussy weights but I was like jelly when the hour was over and by Monday I could barely walk! but I walked and stretched it out on Monday, felt much better on tues and by yesterday was ready to do it all again. Not sore at all today so muscle memory has kicked in much quicker after this 3 months gym break so I can get strong fit and toned again before the next (last) round. Also last time the class had me put on a kilo in lactic acid and fluid retention - I only retained half a kilo this time!

    It's nearly the weekend!

I bought mine from a naturopath in West End, depends where you are located and how far you want to drive. I'm considering doing a second round as I didn't stabilise well.... or rather, lost patience with it!

Thanks for your replies, I live on the Southside of Brisbane. My first drops I bought from a Naturopath at the Sunshine Coast. I was wondering if anyone has tried the drops that have added African Mango in them? And if so what did you think. It is so confusing searching on the net trying to decide where to go. I really want to start again sooner rather than later but I know I have to give it the required time.

    Morning all

Well, I had a big fat Indian meal on Friday where I ate potato and other naughties. It gained me 800g overnight which I have been unable to shift since.

Thankfully however the huge sushi lunch I had on Saturday did not make me gain! So sushi is now on the good list!

I have spoken with a hypnotherapist with a view to some treatment in order to subdue my gigantic appetite and fondness for greed. That wasn't quashed by hcg and I still have issues with feeling satiated (full) after a meal, especially at night, and boredom eating on the weekends. I hope to start with him in a couple of weeks.

Hope everyone is well. Still sitting a couple of kilos over LIW but am not interested in correcting anymore - will just eat mainly clean and exercise! Really enjoying being back at the gym, am already sleeping better, enjoying having slightly sore muscles, attitude is good and hopefully I can tone up all this loose skin!

    Morning,

Well I ordered my next round of drops yesterday and they are due to be delivered this morning. I am not going to start for another week. I am currently 3 kg above my final weight from the last round which I am really disappointed with.

MRSR1 I think I have the same problem with food and appetite. I can easily eat more than my husband most times. I was at a BBQ on the weekend and I really could have kept eating and eating. I stood there and talked to myself about why everyone else had eaten their lunch and was happy to mingle but I was looking at the table of food thinking that I wanted some more of this or that when I know that clearly I had eaten enough. Where does this come from? I think I will always have to do the self talk thing to stop things getting out of control.

    Have a great day everyone.

    Hi Tiah

My husband is nearly twice my size (or at least he was!) and I've always been able to eat him under the table.

I'm still stable - haven't lost the 800g I put on last Friday but ate one boiled potato and 2 glasses of wine with dinner last night and no gain. So still sitting 3 kilos above best weight and 2.5 over LIW.

I was reading another thread that was about not stabilising. One of the common theories is maybe your LIW was not your stable weight and adding a couple of kilos may make it stable. I reckon I could lose 5 from here so still intend to start another round later this year (Sep or Oct).
