It went very well. I did weigh myself this morning and I gained water weight (I was going to put it in my spreadsheet this arvo but I honestly couldn't remember how much I weighed this morn ).

I cleared out my cupboard early this morning and told mum to come over and get it all. I only have a few things in the house now and they are all hCG Diet friendly.

I didn't feel very hungry at all. It certainly was a manageable feeling. I have gotten used to feeling this when I was following The Warrior diet where I would fast during the day and only eat dinner (fasting in this regard means you can eat raw fruits and veggies day).

Anyway, I had a breadstick for breakfast as I took my medication and then realised, darn, I need to eat with that lol. Then I had 2 mandarins instead of the orange (we'll see). For lunch I had 100g of steak and a tomato. I put italian herbs, garlic powder and pepper on the steak and dry fried it on the non stick fry pan. I sliced the tomato and cooked it quick each side. It was yum. Then later I had an apple and a breadstick and then for dinner I had another 100g of steak this time with an all purpose seasoning that has a mixture of herbs but without any sugar etc. With the steak I had cabbage and cooked it in the pan and then drizzled some Apple Cider Vinegar on the cabbage. OMG dinner was so good. I drank about 3 litres of water. I got a jug and put a lemon teabag and let it steep until lukewarm. I had my b12 sublingual spray in the morning and my multi vitamin. I also took Turmeric, Ginger and Cinnamon vitamin capsules. I also used all my skincare etc as normal.

All in all, it went very well. I feel a bit tired but that isn't anything unusual .

Re: my order coming quickly, when I bought my pellets from biovea and the Track & Trace (T&T) option didn't come up I emailed them and I guess they made sure it was sent by T&T as I spent $70+ and on their website it says if you spend over $49 you get free postage or T&T considering T&T is 2-3 working days as opposed to 7-10 for regular post, I figured I would follow up on it.

Mia, so did you check out the ebay link I provided for scales?

You guys should check out: http://www.dietsinreview.com/diets/hcg-diet/page=1 I read all of the pages of reviews before deciding to try hCG and I was amazed by all the awesome reviews. Really made me want to try it and I will go back there all the time for inspiration and motivation.

By the way, if anyone hasn't read Dr. S's protocol you should listed to the audio tape. I found it awesome. Also, what you said about being excited to be on a diet, during the two loading days I was all 'hurry up days, I want to start the VLCD...' weird eh. Certainly never happened before, for me at least haha.

Okaydokay, I'm gonna go before I monopolize the board more than Mia.... haha

Well it's day one of P3 for me today and I have to say, the cream in my coffee is tasting mighty fine!!

I'm putting it out here for you guys that are having trouble getting your hCG. I have 2 bottles of Universal hCG homeopathic drops that I'm willing to sell for what they cost me plus the postage. They are unopened and I won't be using them, if I do another round I'll be using the Rx hCG I've got left over. If you want it, let me know.

I've had a fairly crap round 2, I only lost 3.4kg, although I've since dropped another 1.1 since my last injection. I used the homeopathic drops the first time and the Rx injections this time. Not really sure if that made a difference. I had a fairly serious cheat this time and that seems to have just shut my weight-loss down. I cheated last time too though and I only had a momentary blip. Maybe the Rx stuff is less forgiving? Who knows...

Anyhoo, I'm pretty happy with where I'm at. I'm in a size 12 and I feel great, I know I want to lose about another 7-8 kilos but I'm planning to get those off with normal low-carb and some more intense exercise. I don't anticipate doing another round of hCG, but never say never right?

I wish all of you just starting lots of luck, let me tell you, there's nothing like your first round. It seems almost magical how fast the weight comes off. My Mum has just started and she's down 5kg in only 3 days!

    Have a great day.
    Emma

    Hello everyone,
I've been reading this forum for a while now. I am on the homeopathic drops, on day 29 of the VLCD - round one and down 7.8 kgs. This last week was a bit slow. It took a while to get below the 70 mark, but I finally made it this morning... JUST!!
I have another 10 kgs to go.............. grrrrrrrrr! I think I have enough drops to get to 43 days. It is only 2 weeks away..
I must say, I am not sure what to do then? What am I surposed to up my calories to and for how long? How soon before I can start round 2?
I love reading all your stories. It really keeps me motivated.
    Well done!!

Dessert Daisy: I would recommend you either read Dr S's ebook, listen to his book on tape (both are available free on this forum if you search) or just have a read of the quick start guide. Long story short. Once you finish your drops/pellets or injections you are supposed to eat exactly the same way = 500 cals for 3 days until the hCG is out of your system. See following extract from the Quick Start Guide:

Phase III is the most important phase when it comes to keeping the weight off. The purpose of phase III is to reset your metabolism to help it continue to burn at a higher level. Phase III lasts for 3 weeks from the last day of taking the drops. Once you hit the end of Phase II (either day 22 or day 41) you will stop taking the drops. However, you will continue to only eat 500 calories a day for 3 additional days. This will give your body time to purge the hCG from your body. After the third day off of the drops, you can increase your caloric intake. Per Dr Simeon’s manuscript, you can eat as much as you like. Stay away from starches and sugars. Simple sugars will confuse your metabolism. Continue to eat lots of protein and healthy fruits and vegetables. Slowly integrate healthy fats, like avocados, healthy oils like olive oil or grape seed oil (please use sparingly). Watch your weight. As you weigh in daily, if you have gained more than two pounds, due a steak day. Watch the carbohydrates. Increase your exercise regimen.

This is your chance to begin your new life. Take full advantage of it. Do not allow yourself to slip back into poor habits. You will have just spent 6 to 9 weeks of your life losing excessive fat and learning how to make healthy food choices. Take your new knowledge and new habits of good choices and continue on. Enjoy the compliments of others who notice the change in your life. You will inspire them.

Ok, so Day 2 on Round 1 Phase 2 my VLCD. I remembered how much water weight I gained during loading days (4kg meaning yesterday I was just over 112kg). I weighed myself this morning and I was 110kgs on the dot. 2kg of water weight left to lose and then on to the fat... yehaa.

Day two went well also. Had a bit of a headache but I think that was a cross between the sleeping tablet my doctor prescribed to help me get into a decent sleep pattern and detoxing from all the bad processed food from loading days. I had a coffee with a splash of milk, a breadstick and 6 strawberries for breaky. I got so side tracked cleaning my kitchen cupboards (I took everything out and cleaned it and then rearranged it - considering that I am not a cleaning person, this is an amazing feat. ) so at about 1pm I was all 'jeez I'm hungry' then I thought 'I forgot to take my pellets' so I took my pellets and then had lunch a half hour later. I had beef and cabbage and cooked it like a stir-fry with italian herbs, garlic powder and some ACV. Then I had an apple and breadstick for a snack. Dinner will be the same as lunch.

Feeling-wise, I am doing well. Not that hungry, I do get some pangs but it isn't an out of control hunger. I actually spoke with mum about it as I don't have a printer and I wanted her to print P&I, the quick start guide and some incentive pics for me to place around the house. She is very interested and supportive and I said to her 'if I tell you I don't want to see you for a while, it is only because I want a huge impact when I reveal my loss ) PS: At the moment, I am barely hungry and could even go without tea. I will have it though. WOW eh!

Here goes, I am doing something embarrassing but hopefully cathartic. I attach a document I created of my starting weight/measurement and photo - please note, it ain't a pretty sight lol. I am going to make one of these weekly to track my progress. I WILL NEVER EVER LOOK LIKE THIS AGAIN!

Can I get a 'whoop whoop'!

Whoop whoop! Yay Bonnie!! Good on you!! Love your conviction and courage, well done. I'm so excite to be on this journey with you. Really good to hear it's going well so far, looking forward to hearing updates, Yayyyy!

I did try that eBay link Bon but didn't work on my phone and haven't been on the comp since did however buy a set today from Big W, check body fat, bone weight(??), hydration etc. Was so excited, entered my height and age, jumped on and it came up 'Err-h' which meant my body fat was too high to calc :-( :-( DEVASTATING!! Ah well, I'll be looking forward to being able to use them, hopefully at the end of this round. Also bought a measuring tape and have just finished my measurements. Everytime I'd get a measurement I had to keep reminding myself that its never going to be that big again. Definitely feel like crawling into a ball and sobbing for a while, lol, but I'm making a change and that's all that matters now.

Bought the food for my last day of loading and for the first 14 days of vlcd. Feeling quite gross at the min from all the junk I'm putting in my body. I was adamant I was going to go for heaps of healthy fats, but it was much harder to do than I thought. Oh well I know I'm not going to be having any of these foods for 6mths + I reckon if I stick with my plans.

Having a celebratory drink and some cashews for all of us. Good luck and good night.

    Hi all,

Well done Bon, sounds like you have your dose spot on and are getting by just fine with the pellets, so glad its on track for you, Great effort and Whoop Whoop for the photo, I know when I look at really old photo's of me it makes me wish I was like that again, maybe I need to pin some of them up around the house?

I am still waiting for the Post man to bring drugs, oh well, still plugging away at it, I dropped another 1.2 kg this week, being super strict on diet, in preperation for needing to be on HCG, did 3 training sesions and went for a great ride on the weekend, so nothing out of the ordinary, just more strict than I have been of late.

It should be good when everyone gets thier supplies and can get the ball rolling, so to speak, we will have to try and catch Bonnie, though she is doing so well, we may never catch her up.

    Great Work.
    Keep us posted.

    Hi Guys,

I had a sh*t day today and am knackered; it wasn't sh*t because of the diet, i'll explain in a second. Update, VLCD 3: Ok, so I weighed this morning and I was down 1.1kg. so only 600g off of my load weight then I will be onto losing fat. yehaa! I don't know if anyone else has noticed or felt kind of goofy or loopy (in a good way lol) on hCG? I have definitely started noticing a difference in my mood, i'm not feeling as depressed as a few days ago .... I really hope it lasts .

I have been having headaches in the morning and night for the past few days but that could be a number of things: detoxing, not enough sleep, sleep medication (which I don't like as I feel hung over and headachy) as well as exiting my system. Anywho, a couple of panadol usually helps.

I had a end of course ceremony today but didn't want to go because there would be 'food'. So I decided to go and get all dressed up etc and my car wouldn't start. My only person in town who could get me a new battery was out of town on work so now I am out $132 for a new battery when I am just makings ends meet on the dole (between jobs for now ). I ended up getting to the ceremony, better late than never eh. Then my fricken sunglasses broke.

I ended up being out for a lot of the arvo and was quite hungry by the time I got home as I hadn't eaten anything except a breadstick and some strawberries for breaky and now it was 2-2.30ish and I also hadn't had my pellets. It was funny though, I wasn't physically starving more like symptoms like a headache. Besides all of that, the rest of the day went off without a hitch. I do recommend that you take your pellets/drops at regular times and don't do what I did and be out for several hours without taking something just in case you are held up. Another thing I do is that I have 3 tiny screwtop tubs that used to hold sample eyeshadows-I washed them out. Now every night I measure 4 pellets into each. One I keep near my bed so when I get up to go to the loo at 5am or whatever and then go back to sleep . It's good being able to take them without turning the light on and counting them; also the lid of the biomedX pellets is a bugger and the pellets sometimes get stuck in it and I need tweezers to get them unstuck. I am also finding my pellets are dissolving better now because once I put them under my tongue I move my tongue from left to right repeatedly rubbing the pellets under my tongue.

Anyway guys, I hope you all had a great day and I hope to chat to you tomorrow. I'm off to bed and pray I get more sleep tonight.

Ps: Dessert Daisy: you are welcome! how are things coming along with you??
Eugene: Any word on your order?
    Mia & Tazzie: any updates/goss?

    Hi every one

Today I received part of my biovea order?? Last week I ordered the hhcg pellets plus some xylitol (same order) and today I got the xylitol on it's own, now I'm so hoping that the pellets will come tomorrow so I can start wednesday. I do wish their customer service was better, I hate not being able to call.

    Hi all,

No news from Biovea, I have emailed them several times, but no answer, so I dont know, I was starting to think that they were a sham but you guys are getting your orders through, so thats a good sign, where are they coming from? I doubt it is Australia, any post marks that may give it away?

My order from ADC is in "customs" according to the Aust Post tracking info, been there since friday, maybe they got it, or maybe not, fingers crossed its not, I really dont feel like ordering and waiting for more, but we will see.

Bon, I am so glad the pellets are working for you in relation to hunger, that is the biggest battle, if you feel hungry, you will think about food all the time and then cheat, I know thats what happens to me, You seem to have a great atatude towards this, I KNOW YOU WILL KILL IT.

So far so good for the last two weeks, I am being Diet Nazi again, had a few light beers on the weekend watching the rugby, but I did a 3 hour mountain bike ride, and then a 40km road ride on sunday, so 3 light beers wont hurt, infact, I am down 2.5kg for the last 2 weeks, so if this HCG doesnt hurry up, I will be at my goal before it gets here.

Who else has kicked off this week?

I have lost track there are so many active people here now which is great?

Hope you all have a great day, I know I will.

    Morning morning morning

Primalmama: Yay for P3!! That must be a relief to make it there. Congrats on the loss and also the sizing! I'm dead keen to see the difference in clothing sizes, but BMI comes a close 2nd. I'm tempted to take you up on the offer of the Universal hhcg but I think my hubby would kill me if I bought another bottle (I've bought 2 already coz I'm fairly sure the first one, a synthetic, won't work. I'm sure someone will take up the offer (if they haven't already) if you've still got it in a month or so let me know

Desertdaisy: Congrats for getting under 70kg!! Love those 10kg milestones, so satisfying.

Bonnie: Only 600g to go to kick some butt! Wicked stuff dude! So sorry to hear about your day though, but I'm sure today will be a much much better day. I've no idea about the loopiness felt on HCG, might be able to tell you soon. I've been feeling loopy since gorging myself of fatty food, like completely spaced out and what not. Very odd.

Daisy: Isn't the waiting painful? But these are great forums to 'wait' in. You will definitely pick up some gems of info and learn from others mistakes. Especially about cheating or changing the foods! My gosh I never thought it would really make that much difference.

Eugene: That must be so painful waiting for yours to arrive still! Though it's great that you're keeping up the diet and exercise, I let myself go while waiting for drops, and it totally shows. Does your order show as being shipped already? I had to use their Contact Us page to ask when mine was going to be shipped. They emailed me about12hrs later saying that it was still being processed but should ship within a few hours. Got another email 9hrs later saying it has shipped. I'm fairly sure the company is overseas, and the .com/au site is just for aussies to use. Especially seeing as though their shipping to aus is 8-10 days :/. I have to add another 3-4 days on that because I live rural! As for the customs, fingers and toes crossed it makes it through no problems. I'm sure it's just that their systems haven't updated since Friday. By COB today I'm sure it'll say it's en route.

Tazzie: Like Eugene, have you tried using their Contact Us link just to ask? I did notice in my email it says --
Don't see all of your items in this shipment? You may receive your order in separate shipments depending on the products you ordered. As soon as they are dispatched you will receive notification. I'm sure they're not too far away, but maybe give the guys a bit of a prod just to check?

Wooooooo, I don't get the chance to do that very often

AFM: I'm on VLCD 1. My loading was a bit iffy the last two days, so I probably didn't go very well. I'm also having some TOM issues (sorry to the guys on this forum) but I started today none the less. I'm going to attempt keeping the meals as they are in Dr S's guide, unless I really need a snack, or need breakfast and then I'll take a fruit or grissini from one of the meals.

My weight has been the weird thing that I'm not quite understanding. Last Monday (prior to any HCG stuff) I had just gotten down to 97kg, then let myself go knowing I was going on this HCG (kicking myself a bit now.) LD1 I was 100.5kg (knew it!), LD 2 I was 99.5kg and this morning I'm 99.3kg. What the?? So I really don't know what the go is... I guess I'll just take the LD 1 weight at face value and go from there?

I really really wanted to be under 90kg by the end of this round. I understand 7kg is normal, especially for women. Any ideas on being able to increase this amount? Really I'd like to lose 12kg, as that would take me to the "overweight" BMI!!! But that I know is next to impossible. How about a clothing size? I would love to drop a clothing size, go from 18 to 16. Fingers crossed that's possible!!

I started utilising my blog on here too, that's going to be interesting!!

Anywho, enough monopolising again, I'm off to buy Mayfair and Park Lane.

    Mia xx
