I refuse to weigh for the next few days, I ate the most disgusting amount of junk food yesterday and today with my friends because I wanted to feel normal and sociable for once and plus I forgot my drops...
I'm going to treat it as a second loading and get back on
protocol tomorrow and finish the last twelve days of
VLCD I had to go. That should be okay right? Although it'll take a few days to correct the gain from today (eek!)
Definitely think my body has an issue with dairy, ate chocolate and ice cream and felt SO sick for the rest of the night. Must eat that in moderation on P3!

VLCD11 I was 71.4 down from the original 76kgs...new goal is 68!
Also lost 8cms off my chest, 5cms off my waist, 5cms off my hips....only a cm off the thighs but those must be last to go! Body shaping continues into P3, correct?
Little nervous about P3 in Bali and totally screwing everything up. Tips? I do plan on being very drunk for the entire week, not going to lie.
