Hey all. Well I'm starting vlc again tomorrow. I've had some other health stuff going on the past week that's gotten in the way. I'd really like a buddy I can chat to daily, compare diet, losses etc. the support really helped me stay on track last round.

    Anyone wanna be my buddy?

Eva3: what exactly does it say on the back of the bottle of pellets? What does the bottle look like?

    Hi Bonnie

The list of active ingredients on the back of the label is:
    L-Carnitine 6x, 12x, 30x
    L-Ornithine 6x, 12x, 30x
    Fucus Vesiculosus 3x
    Phystolacca Decandra 3x
    Thyroidinum 8x
    Aceticum Acidum 10x
    Baryta Iodata 12x
    Anacardium Orientale 14x
    Calcarea Carbonica 14x
    Capsicum Annum 14x
    Graphites 14x
    Natrum Suphuricum 14x
    Zincum Metallicum 14x
    Stannum Metallicum 14x
    Arginine 6x, 12x, 30x
    Vitamin B12 6x,12x, 30x, 60x

The front label looks exactly like the label on their website (white with blue writing) however, the word 'Hcg' is missing. It just says 'weight loss formula'

I have emailed their customer service and am waiting to hear back!!

    Thanks for responding Bonnie

Eva: I have tried to do some research on the subject but have come up blank. My pellets say Human Chorionic Gonadotropin 6x, 12x, 30, 60. I do know from reading this forum that many people have used Intermountain drops/pellets with great success. I would recommend you commence and see how you feel. Start with the 4 pellets 3 times a day with two days loading and then on to the VLCD. You will know fairly quickly if the pellets work or not but as far as I am aware, Intermountain is one of the most reputable hCG product companies.

Good luck, keep us informed on your journey and progress!

    Hi All,

Some new "faces' in here I see, along with the old and tired like me.

Still sitting on same weight, to the gram, that I was when I fininshed HCG, so 4 weeks and all is good, Paleo style diet is the go, eat as much as you feel like, whenever you feel like, just NO, NONE, NADDA processed foods, grains, sugar etc, just clean natural, real proper food, no Macca's, KFC, wendy's etc.

It is Too easy, luch yesterday was 2, yes 2 350 gram Porterhouse steaks with 2 free range eggs, salad. was not hungry until 8, when I had a Vegi omlette. I feel so good and alive.

Improvments in health since diet change and weight loss, things I did not even realize were troubling me, just got used to them.

Lower back pain, all but gone, no more pain kilers.
    Hayfever.......................................... .......GONE
Farting........................................... ........GONE, much to wife joy.
    broken sleep, night sweats.........................GONE
feeling like a tired dog at midday each day....GONE
Sitting on bum drinking beer in Arvo.............GONE

Without a doubt, the best thing I have ever done for me and family is drop 25+kg over the past 9 months, still have about 7kg I want to dump off, but going to stay at my 97-98kg for afew more weeks so I know I am 100% on top of maintaining my weight, then ramp it up and drop the last little bit.

I am about to change jobs, out of the office, back onto the tools working outside, heaps of heavy lifting, climbing etc in the Hunter Valley summer, where average temp is well over 40c, so that will see a drop in weight, I have been in an office almost all year, the month here or there when I have been in workshop always saw the best weight loss, so bring on summer and outside work. I will be in the 80's before you know it.

Bon, it is beyond words how well you are doing, your determination is fantastic, you inspire me to keep on my toes, I hope your meeting with family went well for you, your losses will just keep coming as you are now pretty well "intune" with what is going on with it all. Great work mate.

    Take care all, Stay strong.
    Start weight 273 pound / 124 kg (march 2011)

Day one of round 1 tues 27/09/2011

    Hi Bonnie

I received the following reply from Intermountain:

"If you received the bottle label that does not mention HCG, you must live in Australia. We have had significant issues with Australian Customs confiscating our packages due to their misunderstanding of the difference between homeopathic HCG and prescription-strength HCG. The only way we can ensure that our Australian customers get our product is to label their bottles differently. We can assure you that the product inside your bottle is the same potency as all the other product that we sell throughout the world."

I am gathering this means it does have Hcg in it - they just have not put it on the label!

Can someone help? I have been using the drops (in Australia) for just over 3 weeks and although I have lost 6 kilos, it is still way short of the .5kg (1 pound) a day. I have been following the protocol 100% - I have not had one thing that is not on the list - not even a single bread crumb! I have not used any oils on my skin, in my hair or in cooking. I weigh the protein to exactly 100g, have only the fruit and vegetables in the set quantities and keep a record of my daily food to ensure I am as close as possible if not exactly on 500 calories. I am getting enough sleep, have not touched alcohol or any other drinks apart from filtered water (around 3 litres a day) and herbal tea. I have tried an apple day to see if I was retaining fluid, to no avail. I have been taking the "Smooth Move" laxative tea provided - it took 20 hours to work! I have resorted to taking Senakot tablets if I don't go for 3 days - these are listed as okay to use whilst on the protocol. I cannot for the life of me understand why this is not working to full exent outlined in the protocol. I have been doing only very light exercise (30 minute walk) and not doing heavy housework. Surely I can't be the only one with this phenomenon. Desperate for help :-)

    Hey guys,

Ive got 5000ui x2 of HCG to use (injectable) but need to find some Bacteriostatic Water w/ sodium chloride 0.9% & benzyl alcohol 0.9% to mix it with, and some mixing vials. No luck anywhere I can think of, even went to a needle exchange program and methadone clinic!

    Any ideas?

Aussievon: I am sorry about your predicament. Have you measured yourself? We tend to drop a lot more inches than pounds/kilos. I have been doing this for 54 days and I have only lost 13-14 kilos but my whole body is shrinking. It could just be that for you it might take more time than others. If you answer the following questions maybe we can advise you a little further.

What is your start weight? How much do you want to lose?
Are you eating the fruit and starch?
How much water are you drinking?
What brand hCG are you using? Are you hungry?? How do you feel on it?
Could you give us an example of what you are eating protein/veggie-wise on a day to day basis.

Without an idea of what you are eating I could only guess that you might have problems like others have had with certain food combinations. Eg, some people have problem with beef and tomatoes. Some people stall with cabbage. Others can't eat strawberries, oranges or apples. I wouldn't recommend doing an apple day as it really doesn't do anything. If you are going to try something, I would say to forgo your fruit and starch for a few days and up your protein by an extra 50g-100g per meal for a few days.... that is what works for me. Also, make sure to check the ingredients on any seasonings/herbs/spices you use for hidden starch/salt/sugar.

Please note that stalls/weight loss lulls happen to everyone and it happens for a reason. Your body needs time to catch up.

Eva: Awesome news. I figured as much. I look forward to hearing about your progress.

Thanks Eugene! I will email you soon for a catch up session. I am so glad things are going well for you too.

All I can think is either google what you need and buy it from the internet or go to some medical supply store. I know some people buy diabetic supplies. Do you perhaps know any nurses/doctors personally? I know that ebay has had vials for sale. If you can't find it on google, stop buy a chemist and ask the staff there.

Good luck! Let us know how you get on.

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum. I was researching about the hcg and stumbled onto this thread. I've been searching the thread but 112 pages is a lot to get through! Could someone please tell me where they buy their homeopathic hcg drops? Google hasn't helped me much.. Smartdietclub only sells them in 42 day packs and its quite pricey at $300. I want to try it for 21 days first. Has anyone heard/bought from this place? http://www.healthyweightmanagementplan.com.au/

Oh and would pellets be more effective than drops? Whats the difference between hhcg and rx hcg? Sorry for all the questions haha. I'd be grateful for any other suggestions! Thanks
