Today is a snow day and I just got this e-mail...the worse part is it is true LOL! Enjoy!
Here is what Jeff Foxworthy has
To say about Canadians ; during a Recent appearance at Ceasers in Windsor :
"If your local Dairy Queen is closed from September through May,
    You may live in Canada.
If someone in a Home Depot store offers you assistance and they don't work there, You may live in Canada.
If you've worn shorts and a parka at the same time, You may live in Canada.

If you've had a lengthy telephone conversation with someone who dialed a wrong number, You may live in Canada.
If 'Vacation' means going anywhere south of Detroit for the weekend,
    You may live in Canada.
If you measure distance in hours, You may live in Canada.
If you know several people who have hit a deer more than once,
    You may live in Canada.
If you have switched from 'heat' to 'A/C' iIn the same day and back again,
    You may live in Canada.
If you can drive 90 km/hr through 2 feet of snow during a raging blizzard without flinching, You may live in Canada.

If you install security lights on your house and garage, bBut leave both unlocked, You may live in Canada.
If you carry jumper cables in your car and your wife knows how to use them,
    You may live in Canada.
If you design your kid's Halloween costume to fit over a snowsuit,
    You may live in Canada.
If the speed limit on the highway is 80 km --you're going 95 and everybody is passing you, You may live in Canada.
If driving is better in the winter because the potholes are filled with snow,
    You may live in Canada.
If you know all 4 seasons: almost winter, winter, still winter, and road construction, You may live in Canada.
If you have more miles on your snow blower than your car, You may live in Canada.
If you find -2 degrees 'a little chilly', You may live in Canada. "

If you actually understand these jokes, and forward them to your friends,
you definitely are Canadian and proud to be.

Goal this round 160: losses include loading day 1 = vcld 1

    Re: Canadian HCGers

    Hey Deborah,

I have done both hhcg drops and rx hcg injections....both work great...I do find it more convenient doing the injection vs. remembering to take my drops. ... I did find the injections I did lose a bit faster and that is what I am doing this round as well.

    Cheers

Hi Canadian, hcgers, happy to join this post for 2 reasons.

1st- For support dieters group and 2nd, I' m a french girl learning English, So I hope you will understand me.. Sorry for the mistakes...

New Brunswick here,, yes the Atlantic provinces,, I had great succes on R1,, I lost 28lbs.. Was on maintenance whole month of December, and start back on Junary 18th.
Lost another 8lbs on the first week, but gained 2.6 lbs on the second week ( I was away outside town).
So this is week 3 for me. seems R2 is harder to follow protocol.
But one day at a time,, and good luck everyone..
I'm on drops, whatever if they are fake or not,, they,re working for me.

    Hi everyone,

I'm in Kelowna BC. I've dropped 70 lbs on Homeopathic HCG and gained 10 back over Christmas and winter Looking at doing another round and getting this 10 and possibly another 10 off. Not sure.

It's sad to see my little tread dying out here... Lets's give it another try! Today is week 2 of p3. I lost 31lbs in p2 and have stabilized very easily so far. How is everyone else doing here in "Canada" ?? Deborah (Medicine Hat, Alberta)

I am fortunate to be a snow bird and able to purchase the necessary goods in the U.S. which has made this protocol easy especially with the support available on this and other forums!!! It's really worth the effort guys and gals!!! Join the fun!!!
