My HCG should be here any day, it just cleared customs yesterday. My goal is to start next Friday morning loading with thanksgiving leftovers. I ordered from safemeds and will be doing injections, tad bit nervous but I am sure I will get through the first shot and be alright lol. I will make sure I am sitting down with a trash can to throw up in the first time lol. I did so well almost 3 years ago with real hcg and haven't had much luck on HHCG, so I am excited.

Hi everyone. Happy Thanksgiving. Well I dont know about you guys but I kinda over indulged yesterday. Turkey (and gravy. ) but only had green beans and then a broccoli casserole (I know ). And then the candied yams. I won't even tell you about the pie!!!
Main thing though is I'm here now and I survived and I'm ready to get on with it!!!!

I start loading today so I wont have the guilt of pie lol. I did my first injection too, super easy, didn't feel it at all!

Hello everyone!
I am on day two of VLCD...lost three pounds this morning...I am using patches this time...so we will see how that goes! Great to see familiar faces, hate that we are all BACK again...I can keep my weight really good for about ten months and then I put back about 15 pounds...I am not sure what I am doing wrong, except most likely, getting lazy about eating the breads and butter, and sugary things...I need to do better maintenance!! HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!!! Hope you had a marvelous Christmas! We did!

Greattobehere--I do believe that there is a group of people who still do the drops. I don't use them but knew enough people on this thread that I was part of it when it was active. I hope you find your answer, but I don't know if anyone is still responding to posts on this thread. Good luck!
