You have to have at least 4 straight injection days inbetween skipping. The protocol says you should skip one day (the same one) each week.

My recent HCG round was with DietDoc. Our site owner has generously arranged for me to earn a small fee if you use my DietDoc or Nu Image Medical link to order your Hcg and supplies. I skipped every 4 days last round, but I noticed changes is my hunger so I wasn't sure if it was ok. Should I maybe wait until 5 injections?

I wouldn't do it. I would follow the protocol. Its likely that skipping too often was responsible for your hunger level changes. And when you have those, it means the HCG is not working at the optimum level for you.

In addition to the one skip day a week, you can also skip the heaviest day of your monthly cycle, which could buy you another couple of days on the program.

Well, if I did somehow develop a menstrual cycle, that would be a HUGE cause for concern lol. I'm a guy. It's ok, I know most of the members here are women. Thanks for all that you do, Leez.

Hey DROPPERS!! VLCD5 and I down 12lbs!!!! I cannot believe it. If you want to see my meals, add me on My Fitness Pal "suzzeq718". This is the first time I have prepared my own meals while taking Hcg. I have always had the luxury of buying them from www.dinnerdude.com, but he is kinda far from me now since I started working from home. I did go there yesterday to get some hcg chili because I am having a lasagna party Saturday and I am having chili w/ salad instead. PLAN AHEAD FOLKS!

The main thing I have noticed this week is I require MUCH LESS sleep. Back in my carb laden days, I would want to go to bed at 8:30, now it's 11:30 and waking up at 6. Clear headed, not brain fog. Haven't even craved wine (thank God)!

How is everyone else doing this week? I will report inches lost on Sat!

Everyone is so quiet! I lost 5.5 inches. I am at 164.5. I made it through my party without a gain so that's good. My goal this week is go get under 160.

    Talking need some buddies

Hi everyone, today is Day 1 of P2 for me!! In the past I've pretty much done it on my own but would like some buddies for this round especially since I'll be going through the Holidays etc. I will need some extra motivation to stick to the plan.

I lost 28lbs on HCG, and have gained back 21 just from bad eating. I'm struggling a bit with the guilt of having let myself go so horribly. I weighed for the first time today and 171.8lbs My goal is 150lbs for this round, and to stabilize for all of 2017. The stabilization is the biggest challenge for me; I stress-eat and let things overwhelm me.

I bought a kit from New Edge during their black Friday sales, and also have backup 2 vials of Ovidac with all the supplies so I'm ready for the 40-shot round; plan on skipping once a week on Sundays and during my 2 TOM heavy days so that makes 46 days of P2 if I'm not mistaken!!

(I do the 800-calorie protocol which has more protein; OP made me lose hair in the past)

Looking forward to reading everyone's updates

    December droppers!!

    Hey droppers!

It's VLCD2 for me today. 11 pounds down. Only water weight from my load though. I have another 5 to go before I enter the phase I affectionately call boot camp, which is my pre load weight. Hopefully I'll be there tomorrow morning and I can get going on some real losses sooner than later!

    Red face P2d2

Well I made it through the first day of VCLD, 41 days to go. I had a monster headache and took 2x2 Advil yesterday that was my biggest symptom. I also had some hunger starting in the afternoon but I did not give in, I'm pretty proud of myself. I had a couple of kosher pickles before bed (no sugar just vinegar and salt) as I didn't want to take Advil on an empty stomach.

This morning I lost 1.2lbs, I was a little bummed hoping I'd lose more, but I'll drink more water today. My fasting blood sugar is 102 and usually it's between 108-113 so I can really see a great improvement there already!

Hope everyone else is doing well! hugs xo

    2017 happy goal: 145lbs dream goal: 140lbs

First round: SW 176.6 LIW 152.6 24lbs lost in 44 days

Second round planned for end of April

Good Morning and Welcome New Buddies!!

I am on VLCD12 and down 13lbs! Yesterday I had the HCG flu and kinda feeling it today. I will be skipping my dose today as I think my injections weren't measured properly. Hoping to have more energy by tomorrow.

What is everyone's favorite hcg meal? Mine is shrimp and cabbage :-P
