I'm currently using your frequency apps drops. I also saw that you have a Female Hormone patch, my hormones are out of wack so I decided I would give it a try. I'm noticing a real difference and really liking this one. I may also try the patches on my next round.

Pellets, do you take them 3 3x day or 4 3x day to start with? I've seen both in your flyer and 3 on the bottle. TYIA

I took 3 pellets 3x a day.. If still hungry you could switch to 2 pellets 5 or 6 times a day. I never had a problem with hunger though on 3 pellets 3x a day. Hope that helps you.
