    Just started R1/P2 5 days into the VLCD, i started out at 240lbs, which ironically didn't look like i weighed that much as i am 6ft tall.

    I am 11.6 lbs down after 5 days, LOVING IT!!!

    One reason to keep going: I miss wearing pretty shoes! 300lbs does not go well with heels, your feet hurt and swell....I am looking forward to pretty shoes again.

    Lots of action going on here. LOL. That is awesome! Also, I know the eggs are not on the P2 protocol but I ate them in place of protein for 1 meal. I ate the 4 eggs which is 1 whole egg and 3egg whites. It was awesome and I did perfect on it. So it is alittle rogue but worked for me.

    Also I am starting another job so I won't be on everyday here but will check in every little while. Good luck to you all and happy losing!

    Amber, you better come back from time to time! And good luck on your new job.

    Woke up, went on the scale, tad disappointed with the tiny loss, looked at my watch - 1 a.m. Duh. Went to bed again... woke up at 7 a.m., and tadaaaa.... 1.2 kilos lost, that's 2.6 lbs. Muahaha.... But don't ask me where exactly that weight went while I was sleeping. It's gone so I am happy. 3 kilos total, 6.6 lbs - in just 6 days, with only 4 days of VLCD. Insane.

    I eat eggs all the time But we all know I'm super rogue lol. I do 3 egg whites and 1 yolk in an omelet! Delicious and gives me a bit of a change.

    And, I started a new job today!! Hahaha weird coincidence. I always hate starting new jobs because of finding something to wear, especially if there's a dresscode or uniform, and feeling unattractive all day! This place just requires me to wear black bottoms and a white top, so not that difficult, but I have had to buy a formal white top because I don't tend to wear light colours - I'm sure most of you can relate with that? Hahaha

    I ate really weirdly today, timing and content wise. I don't think I'll weigh in the morning because I feel blotaed and don't want to scare myself lol! Tomorrow will have to be a big water intake and strict eating times day.
    Highest ever weight: 282.4 lb (Feb)
    Current weight: 226.0 lb

    Total weightloss so far: 56.4 lb | First goal: 227.0 lb | Progress: 100%!!!!!

    ~23lb lost with hcg, ~33lb lost with primal/clean eating

    Because the next 6 months will pass whether I lose weight or not. I cannot be healthy overnight, but I can look back in 6 months and be thankful I finally started.

    Next time I do eggs I'll do it the right way like you with the 3 egg whites added to 1 egg. They were so yummy and got me through that yucky day though. Well, that and the dill pickles. LOL

    Yes!!

    So after my two hard-boiled eggs and dill pickles the day before yesterday I was up .2 pounds yesterday morning. Yesterday I was strictly on protocol and this morning I was down exactly 1 pound. I am almost at my 20 pound mark!! 2 pounds of that is my loading but I am including it as my losses. It is so wild how I lost SO much the first week and so little this second week. I know I've done well when it averages out so I am still very happy. I have never seen any kind of losses like this EVER on any other diet I've done. I am at 241.2 this morning; so close to the 230's!!! I hope week 3 is good to me.

    Good luck on week 3! Today is my 7th day on HCG, 5th day of VLCD... and I hope it ain't slowing down any time soon.

    I know I was losing water the first 2 days, I always do when I go on a diet - but even now on day 5? I am constantly running to the bathroom. Either I stored so much water to last me through the week, or (more likely) my kidneys are just appreciating all that water.

    Tomorrow will be my first day in the office since starting HCG... curious to see how that goes. Basically, I will grab a 2 liter bottle of water from the warehouse (we get free drinks at work), and prepare my fish in the morning - take that along with cherry tomatoes. It's only 2 days, then I am off till Tuesday again... I only work 3 days a week, the rest of the time I am self-employed. Pretty relaxed life.

    Thanks!! Hee hee, I'm not even in week 3 yet.........just wishful thinking right now. I am on day VLCD 13. Water has definitely been my friend. I have noticed on the days I drink more water my losses are more the next morning. That is a nice work schedule.

    Yesterday I went to an "easy" yoga class that ended up being very intense for me, but I think it helped me break through my stall since this morning I am down .9# bringing me just below 250...praise Jesus!

    249.6 is my last dose weight 35.4# lost in 41 days!), and I think I am going to just do two days on the vlcd post-patch removal. On another thread I discovered Swanson Vitamins website that has organic coconut oil and supplements for cheap, so I got all those ordered. And tonight I hit Whole Foods to stock up on some other P3/Paleo items. I feel set to start the next phase!
