Absolutely amazing, Caz! Did I ever admit that I never took the before pictures? I still have dressed pictures lying around that will be sure to scare the beejeezus out of me for years to come.

Off to get my electricity back.... Oh, and I am still on a roll here.... 24.5 lbs lost on. The morning of VLCS 18. Insane doesn't cover it.

Sweetie, I hope that's "insane" in a good way, because 24 pounds after 18 days is a great result. Hope you get your power back! You are a mistress of calm!

Caz, more power to you and your low-carb lifestyle. It is obvious in your pictures how much you've changed.

As for me, I'm in D27 and hoping to close in on goal by the time the round is over. Food cravings were a little worse this weekend, but I think it has to do with being in the latter half of P2, and I was able to stick to protocol anyway.
It helped that I look much thinner in my clothes, and more pieces are looking nothing less than -ridiculously big- on me!

    HI!

    HopeFloats:

Hi. You do the leptin reset Bab's when you get into P3 (if you chose to) . Everyone is different, so for me, i'm doing the Leptin reset for P3 & P4 because I heard it was easier to keep your weight stable. I do need a leptin reset but not really in it for that right now, since I have lots, lots more to lose. LOL. But I will def go longer with a leptin reset once I lose alot more weight. Good luck!

    mom2six:

Hey gals. Yes, "insane" in a good way.... my losses have been amazing so far. Then again, I have enough to lose, so that probably helps. Curious to see what's next; been feeling pre-TOM now for three days... we shall see. Would *love* to reach 40lbs before the end of the round, to get into P3 faster. Then again, there is that psychological barrier. I know I should stop at 40lbs. 34 lbs suggested by Dr. Simmeon, plus the added ones for morbidly obese people. But. I would kill to see a 119 on my scale again, and would need 44 lbs for that.

Again, all daydreaming... I might as well stall tomorrow and not move again for weeks. You never know...

And, drum roll please... I am back online and with electricity! Life is good. Getting it reattached today took a whooping $150. But waiting till tomorrow was only $50 less, so it really didn't matter anymore. First load of washing just done... doing housework, some design projects, and just enjoying the feel of real internet and phone again.

Hey guys...just checking in and catching up on all the postings. Been out of town this weekend. I am coming up to a 10 day planned interruption on Friday. I will be using LR/P3 during the interruption. After break, I will be back on my patches for 3 more weeks because Im officially on a REAL P3. LOL. The 280s have been holding onto me for almost 13 days now but I will keep going. It's sure to break shortly. The break just may help me to start progressively losing again (Not that I'm complaining) I just really wanna be in the 260s by the time I hit P3 June 16. Otherwise, all is going well. Everyone is doing so well. We are really making this happen guys. WE ROCK!!!!

    Happy losses!

I know this is a kind community...but I just have to say this is scary - to expose my body and face! But I know what an encouragement it was to me to see the progress others have made through photos, so I share these with you all who supported me through my R1!

My P3 is still going great. I love eating Paleo/Primal, and my body is still dropping pounds. Not as fast as on HCG, but I have dropped 5 pounds in 11 days which isn't too shabby!!

Hi everybody. I used to be on this thread a little over a year ago....now I'm back again. Last year I lost almost 29lbs with homeopathic hcg drops and was doing great (got down to around 265lbs), but ended up falling off track while being in an unsupportive environment. I am now married and life is going great, except one thing....my weight. It has climbed to a place is has NEVER been in my life, and to a point where it is scaring me for my health, especially with the heat starting to increase, etc. It was like I was fine when I was sitting at the 299.5lbs for what seemed like forever, but then one day (it seemed) it jumped the line and after loading I have reached my all time max of 308.6lbs. Enough is enough. This weight has had control of me long enough!!

So I am back...and ready to go!! Today is day 1 of the P2 protocol using Hhcg pellets, and I'm pretty rusty on everything, so need to get in to a steady flow. I'll do my best to update daily, since I know that helps me stay on track, but also don't have internet at the house...I should see if there is an app for my cell Well I can't wait to get to know all of you. And I hope you all have a great journey full of joy and success!!
    My journey:

    R1/P2/D1 (5-14-12): 308.6lbs (+1.4lbs)
    R1/P2/D2 (5-15-12): 303.2lbs (-5.4lbs)
    R1/P2/D3 (5-16-12): 300.2lbs (-3.0lbs)

Hey Classy! I hope you don't mind us newbies taking over the thread.

We are almost the same starting weight, by the way... Have fun on your journey! I can't wait to get to P3 and start cooking again... 20 more pounds, or 22 days, whatever comes first.

Cazspice your pic inspired me to go and update my progress pics. I've been putting it off because of how unco-operative the scales have been lately, and my chocolate episode last week is yet to really be dealt with. I miss those days where every day was a loss But I'm going to take it one day at a time, and today will be a good day!

Anyway, these are the pics. They show about 10lb loss between each of them, from 275, to 264, to 254. Ugggh I cannot wait till that back fat is gone!!

Highest ever weight: 282.4 lb (Feb)
    Current weight: 226.0 lb

Total weightloss so far: 56.4 lb | First goal: 227.0 lb | Progress: 100%!!!!!

~23lb lost with hcg, ~33lb lost with primal/clean eating

Because the next 6 months will pass whether I lose weight or not. I cannot be healthy overnight, but I can look back in 6 months and be thankful I finally started.
