Goodmorning ladies!
Today is day 6 of p3 and i am 1 pound under my LDW! So far i have indroduced pork, avacado,sour cream , cheese, HWC, mexican cheese dark chicken meat, bacon, sausage, and eggs! I weigh in every morning thinking i am gonna have a huge gain because of the food i am eating and to my suprise no gain! Is this really happening? lol
Cupid- Way to go on starting the new video ! I wanna start excerising also but scared im gonna gain ? What does everyone think should i give it a try?
Good for you zippadee. And yes if you are planning on doing Shred you will need a good sports bra. I have problems with my knees so I also do the jumping part using my rebounder (mini trampoline). I start Leptin Reset Friday morning and plan to start my 30 days Friday night. Remember to keep a water bottle near by and to drink when you need to. You will sweat for sure. I was amazed by how quickly I saw results. I'm down 46 pounds now it is going to be interesting to see if my knees hurt or not when doing it this time around.
Discipline is remembering what you want.
Jillian is hard on the knees in general. My first bout with her brought on knee pain (I have done the Shred 3 times, and it's still a favorite!). I realized that it was mostly me not watching my form and doing too much too fast. Just watch your positioning carefully (especially the deep knee stuff).
When I am done with P2, I want to do Kettle weights. I also have Jillian's Ripped in 30, but I may just do the Shred to prepare.
Just a side note. You don't have to do the Shred in 30 days. I have worked it on weekdays, and took weekends off. So two weeks on Phase one, that just worked in my schedule better.
A tight sports bra is a must!

Day 2:
Any gain doing exercise would be a good gain because building muscle will help you burn fat faster. Plus I don't wanna be flabby. Right now my arms are what's really flabby to me so I was excited to start with some weights. I am going to exercerise from here on until I reach goal. My clinic had me thinking I would be to exhausted to exercise on so little calories but so far I have been OK and I always add a extra protein when working out. I guess the choice would be yours. Listen to your body!
IKR! When I was on P3/Leptin Reset, I used the my fitness pal app and put down everything I ate to see how much protein/fats/carbs I had eaten that day. You can track the calories too but I didn't care for calorie counting. But you should not lose in p3 and you should stay w/in 2 lbs of the last dose weight. But some do lose anyway.

This morning I weighed myself and lost exactly 3lbs. So I lost exactly 1lb so far. Thankfully I lost all that loading food. LOL.

Hey everyone, I'm currently sitting at 259.0 as of this morning. I am doing 20 drops 3x a day. I have been successful on HCG 2 times and gained it all back, I have a problem with just eating because I see it I think. I am going to be attending a group this time around called craving change so I hope I will take away valuable information from it. I joined this site in hopes of finding support and encouragement when my willpower starts to sway. Reading all the posts here give me hope that I'll stay on track this time.
There is a lady near where I live that sells them I have to start off high and once hunger is under control I drop it down.
I would check if it actually is HHCG - so many fakes out there. It should say "6x 12x 30x" or something similar on the label. I am unsure why you would start with a high dose; you are loading two days while taking hcg, in order to reach a level of hcg in your body. Higher dosages usually result in more hunger, which especially in the beginning seems to me like a sure way to disaster. Life is still good over here in P3 land.Gotta go shopping today, fridge is empty. Lost another 800g, so more than 4lbs under my LDW. I am not complaining, it also gives me more wiggle room. And I am still eating nowhere close to my calories, but think I am doing okay with app. 1000-1600 a day. I am just not all that hungry, and would feel weird to suddenly stuff my face just for the sake of calories. Plus, I have been really good about not eating at night anymore, meaning no later than 7-8pm.
Can't believe my vacation is almost over again, I got nothing done.... gotta go back to the office on Tuesday. Oh well. Maybe I can finish some to-dos this weekend.
