I am very curious to see how your strict primal is gonna go.I know it is easy to stray... just with small stuff. In my case dairy - if I react violently to large amounts, I am sure the small amounts ain't helping, either. And hidden sugars when eating outside... just cannot be helped. I hope to do at least two weeks of completely clean paleo P3 as well, as defined by Whole30... we shall see. Definitely not before the end of August, as my vacation weekend is in between, including eating out.
This round is honestly driving me nuts again - starving this morning. I am hungry more days than I am fine... and I have no clue anymore if my dose is too high or too low. Will just have to wing it for the next week. And I know that if I have a stall coming up before, I will probably cut the round even shorter than already planned. Had to do cottage cheese today (talking about dairy), since I forgot to bring food to work. It is now 2 pm, and I have basically finished all my food for breakfast/ lunch. Blueberries, cherry tomatoes, cottage cheese. For now I am all happy again, so I am hoping the hunger was caused by too little hcg in the bloodstream, and today's injection is now playing catch-up... because no more food before 7pm, and then just 100g of white fish and lettuce.
Will make beef tonight in the slow cooker... somehow, I feel as if I am tempting fate and a stall here. Ach, we shall see... I got 400g of beef at home, so 3x lunch the coming days - and continue with fish for dinner, since that really works best for me. And psssst... I will make the beef with some broth AND mushrooms.![]()
