Hi all, I am new to the forum and tomorrow will be my last day of my drops so I will start P3 on Saturday. I started at about 287 and have lost 32 pounds so that I am currently at around 255. Still very overweight, but getting there!
I just realized there was a thread here for those of us who are of..."substantial size." LOL.

I'm always cold on HCG, it makes it hard for me to get my water in some days. Maybe I just need to drink warm water. lol

    Welcome Scootn!
    Congrats Kat!

I too am always cold since being on these drops. I live in south Louisiana where the temps have been hitting close to the 90s and pretty humid already. Normally I'd be sucking up the A/C, not dare to go outside and if I did I'd be pouring sweat, red faced and just misurable. We spent last weekend at the zoo and this weekend on the beach and even with elevated heart rate I never broke a sweat! I was actually cold!

I did p2 in January--so I was extra cold anyway, but it was cold outside anyway I guess, so it wasn't so weird. P2 during winter is also not fun because of the rule about no hand lotion! My hands were red and chapped (despite soaking in baby oil--there are other threads for this topic) but now that I'm in P4, its a distant memory and I don't regret it for a second.
Welcome to all our new friends!

julie- i'm not a good water drinker; it's very hard for me to remember. but i haven't noticed that i can drink a full glass of water down if it's at room temperature. it's apparently easier for your system to utilize it if it isn't cold, too.

Yes too am grateful for this thread and the HCG Diet. I started at 297 with some ups and downs I am now at 207.8 today and started P3 today. Hopefully one more full round and I will be down to a very comfortable weight. By the way, even though I am still above 200, I can comfortably wear a size 14 pants and get fit some size 12 pants. I now know that I was addicted to carbs and sugar. With HCG I can now say no thank you to cakes, donuts, bagels and carb in general. I know that I can still have something sweet or carb-like.

Long story short, with HCG we all CAN lose weight and be healthy. Good luck to all!!

I'm so excited. Woohoo! Woke up to a 2.4 # loss!! Thank you Whoosh Fairy!

I'm loving this diet. I was looking at some measurements that I did when I was this weight in Feb. I had a bigger waist line than I did now at this weight. So I know all my fat is being taken away by the WF! I'm so excited! I can tippie toe and see 230, it's waving at me! I will be there tomorrow (fingers crossed)

I hope everyone is having a great day!

I had a gain of .2 today. Ugh. I know why and I did it to my own self. My baby was being nice and going to share a bite of his burger and without even thinking I ate a bit of it with cheese on it. Oh well. Live and learn I guess. Today I have only had a bowl of lettuce and a little chicken and lots of water and tea so I hope tomorrow is back where I'm suppose to be!
