    Hello !! Can I join here?? I am not loading I am restating ;((( I startated like a month ago but I did terrible eating off protocol here and there. I would like to join here because maybe having at little support keep my with my head in this round.

    Hi Kansas so glad to see you!!
    Thanks for ask ,my husband is doing ok and boys getting bigger every day , they 11 years old.

    Me totally a disaster I gained a lot of weight I am at 131 pounds now. I started at 134 one month ago but I had being not focus at all. It is not about cheating with food. I had being drinking most day just coffee but with milk so at the day of the day probably I did drink like 1 1/2 cup of milk. Another days I used like 2 or 3 spoons of coconut oil in my coffee. Or at little bet of cheeses in omelette , at little stupid things but obviously it affected my weight. I don't know if it is too late to fix it but I want to try. This time around my expectation is more realistic than before , I will feel ok at 120.

    Hi Kansas (1), LOL. . Ok if I lurk too? I'm VLCD 27. Just trying to get a couple more pounds off.

    We had sleet and snow here too yesterday and last night. And it stuck to the grass alittle...it's still there this morning. Welcome to November I guess. Brrrrrrr.

    Good Morning Lucky Loaders!

    I hope you all enjoyed not being restricted on Halloween.

    How are you doing with your loading? I am never that successful. r1 gained 8 ounces, R2 was better at 1.4 pounds. First time was low carb, high fat and this time I added some high quality flour products and gained more.

    It's VLCD13 for me. Down 9 pounds and couldn't be happier.

    Welcome back Ana!

    Morning all! Loaded it up good yesterday finishing the night off with ordering some BBQ chicken pizza at 10pm.lol surprisingly I did not hit the candy too hard. Only four pieces and two were twirlers which hardly count. Chocolate gives me stomach aches so for once I chose not to get one. I need to go shopping this morning for some groceries for today. Not much good stuff in the house.

    You can always change your goal later. Small goals, or chunking, make it easier on us psychologically, I think

    We just got the approval of the owner at 2nd property to make the changes we want. Yes!

    AFM: so I forgot to weigh this a.m.
    We are rushing to get to the other property since we got the go ahead to change some stuff around.

    I really struggled putting on my overalls today so, I must be loading correctly. Kinda scary.

    Hello all. I hope you all had fabulous Loading Days!

    Bf got me the most Ginormous Sandwich today, and I had Tofurky for breakfast. Whot?
    Then We broke down the 2nd property and almost finished and went for Thai food. Its a place we always go to and we love them .
    Halfway thru, the lites went totally out so every one turned on cell lites but they came out with candles in like 30 seconds, like they were waiting for it. they had to do the bills by hand.

    I actually like it better in the dark. Very Halloweeny, and ... peaceful. Now I'm drinking wine and eating chips.

    I'm eating these chips and I just choked down a tofurky. It was good

    I got some radishes ready to take to the other property tomorrow,
    vlcd one is always hard and I'll be away from home so... bf says I'm gonna be grouchy. I hope not

    Candy, I like those little jelly bean things but I never have them. should have gotten some

    I'm drinking wine, I'll miss that the most.
