    Morning all! SO far doing great! Not hungry yet and I had my egg white omelet for breakfast. Feeling a bit crappy though today. Running slight fever and I think I have a swollen lymph node that hurts. Makes me wonder if I'm fighting some infection from chopping my finger, but the finger looks ok. My plan is relax, do a few errands while son is at football practice then maybe a nap around 2:30. Best way to pass the first few days of vlcd is sleep

    AFMI just have tons of energy today, whot?
    Almost all ready to go to the second site and do trenches etc. The bad part is the sun will be setting 4:30 5pm so we have to get it done.

    I 've had 2 proteins(Sunwarrior Liquid shakes so far)
    I'm cooking dinner since we will be out there late ish-my broth and chard I picked this a.m.
    I'm taking along some radishes from the farm just in case.

    Kansas you know I can't do P2 unless I see you doing it too!!! Loading day #2 here. My cycling, "clean up" rounds were not a failure but not really a success either. I dropped the same 10 lbs over and over. So I'm going hard core this time, sub q injections and strict Dr S protocol. I hope. Good luck everyone!!!

    PB SW shakes. NO! That's one complaint I have. Its like drinking water. Although its super good for you but, you should stick with the animals if you wanna feel full.

    RUBYRED!!!!!!! So glad to see you . 10 lbs is totally doable. I'm the biggest I've ever been in my life and I fee terrible but I'm pumped today to start.

    I totally thought about sub q but then I have the supplies I have.
    I told bf no cheating this time-he loves to go to dinner and gets mad when I cant go
    he wants to go to Milwaukee next weekend. I'd love to go, but Im not going if I have to diet... and I do.

    I think I'll be doing a PI in December, so I can be in p3? not sure.
    Bf has informed me that we are absolutely going to dinner on the l9th and the 24th so..

    PB: don't your egg whites fill you up? Make egg drop soup with celery and a broth from scratch. that mite work

    the celery soup looks really good. Thanks for starting this thread! My goal is 15 lbs. I'm gonna do at least 4 weeks, prolly 6. I'm hypothyroid, so the losin' it be slow!! DH also loves to go out to dinner but I'm just gonna be frank with him and say no, have you see my *** lately?

    I do egg whites mixed with ground turkey, green onions, and spinach and cook in muffin tins. I don't think it amounts to much, I have two muffins a day.

    I told hubby boys need to keep candy in their rooms so I don't see it. He said no way, they will sneak it! I figure if they sneak it then it Will be gone sooner.lol But I need to think of another place to put it where I won't see it every time I get in the pantry. Today I don't want it at all, but I'm sure in a few days it will be much more difficult!

    As for social stuff...I'm skipping all until I'm done. I tried the be social thing and now I need a break to lose weight and I'm ok with that for now. The big hurdle will be getting done and then going to my dad's house for five days over thanksgiving. Not good to do that when trying to stabilize and be good.

    I forgot to add - I joined a gym this past summer, and pre-paid sessions with a trainer, so they are pretty affordable. I thought maybe I could avoid P2 and lose doing weight training, but I didn't. I mean, I feel better, I'm stronger, my arms are toned, but it didn't burn off any of the fat that I wanted to burn. I'm going to keep up with the trainer, but only twice a week for 30 min's each time. I've been going 4 times a week since August so I feel like my body is pretty used to it. I hope I can keep it up. I like being stronger.

    PB: those muffins sound incredible. I would think they'd be very satisfying. how creative and you can take them to s chool I did not know you did that!

    I'm tempted by melba toast. Tell your kids to make a game of it and hide the candy, anywhere in the house, or out of the house and don't tell you where

    How's it with hubby loading day 2 today? or is he gone?

    Ya know, T Day is the 27th, what if you were absolutely , totally, balls to the wall POP unitl then? Like, do a real strong 3 weeks then tranny to p3 at TD and don't over do it. You wouldn't feel so deprived.
    Just a thought.

    RUBY My ***, omg, that is so funny. I'm having trouble performing basic movements like, kneeling then standing up, or reaching around to wipe my a**. Seriously sick stuff.

    I'm hypo too. I maybe getting new meds this week. Yeah.

    Trainer and W/O: awesome for you. You know on the other thread we always say and I have learned(oh and ask pb)
    W/o are for healthe and strength , not to lose weight.

    I have old lady arms. Last rounds I did all manner of exercise for them and even when I was at ll3, batwings! whot?

    Down 2 lbs after my nap but now I am hiding my scale until Friday. I don't need the emotional roller coaster of weighing every day. I'll wait until Friday and will be happy with a big loss then

    Kansas balls to the wall until thanksgiving is my plan. I really hope I can stick to it. Tonight is already getting harder with hunger. Hopefully hunger goes away mostly this round. For starters I plan on being strict this first week. Egg whit muffins for breakfast, chciken and lettuce for lunch, apple and clementines for snacks, and hamburger with tomato slice for dinner. Then I thought I might switch it up for week two and try switching lunch to Zuccini, chicken, and salsa, and maybe shrimp or hamburger for dinner and add green beans?

    Do you think I could still do as well with Zuccini and green beans or should I leave them out. I like them cause they give me at little extra bulk with the meal.

    I figure change it each week and maybe that will keep it doable. That is my plan....we shall see how it goes.

    Ruby yes exercise is for strength, every time I work out like crazy I gain and not just muscle but fat. Goal now is to try and do walking 30 minutes most days and that is it.

    kansas what all are you changing at the second property?
