    Well, I lost about a pound and a half! I am now back down to my exact LDW. PHEW!

    HOLY MOLY, this thread blew up yesterday! I have 3 pages of reading to do. I hope everyone is doing well.

    Thanks Julie- I was trying to hold off on dairy for 1-2 days (except in coffee) but I will try your ***e mousse b/c it sounds delicious!

    has anyone made cocoa crack with butter instead of coconut oil and not had it affect their weight the next day?

    That's terrific! You did great! Tried to get more ***e today, but could only find 0%.

    Does anyone know if the Chiobani brand is the same as ***e? It's all Greek yogurt...isn't it? Not a yogurt afficianado (sp?) oy!

    Lori, I did the same thing when I started P3, hehehe. I started out sloooowwww in the am but by the end of the day, I had added half a dozen things! And we lived to tell the tale!!!

    I'm starting P3 tonight. Can't wait til morning. Having sushemi and seaweed salad. Anyone know if seaweed salad is ok?

    sdjs- I made cocoa crack with butter and did fine. However I id not eat a lot of it bc it was really rich.
    Misslz & Julie - great job with your loses.
    Hellogoto - the same thing happened to me but it only lasted a few days. Does not happen as much anymore.

    Wow the oopsie rolls were awesome. Had a cheeseburger with them, yummm. So far I have introduced fats (including butter, coconut oil and avocado) and cheese. So far so good. Tomorrow having bacon. My husband thought I was crazy for buying 4 packs of bacon and two dozen eggs today. I am not going gorge on bacon but making appetizers and of course have some for breakfast.

    LOL vikkita, I just saw your post about the oopise roll after I posted my question. I think I will try these sometime next week.

    Started P3 with 3 pieces of salmon sushemi, a spicy tuna and salmon roll without the rice and 3 bites of seaweed salad. We will see in the morning

    I just made oopsie rolls about an hour ago. Im not in P3 yet, one more day, but I want to be ready! They look fantastic

    acoull when do you start P3? The oopsie rolls won't keep for long. I placed mine in a paper bag and by morning they started to get moist and stick to each other. They were still good but probably won't keep for more than 2 days.

    At the risk of sounding dumb, I must still ask:

    What are oopsie rolls? What phase are they for?

    What is ***e? What phase is it for?

    Also, found some crab at Safeway today. It was not imitation and it was already pulled from the claw and packaged in a container. YUMMY! On sale for $5.99. It made such a great salad today!
