    Morning Welcome! Congrats on stabilizing, Rizzo!! What will you have for your P4 day?
    I'm pretty good, .6 over LIW, so thats ok. I had wine and restaurant food all weekend and didn't go over my 2 pound window. I was really strict on the no starch no sugar though. Just wine..lol. Anyway! Have a good day! I'm on P4 on Saturday, but I will see how I feel. I may just wait..

    Hi all. I was up over 2lb mark on Friday but due to work banquet there was no way to do a correction and I was on my feet most of Friday afternoon and all of Saturday for an event with my daughter. We were also in the car for 4.5 hours so I was swollen bad Saturday night. I didn't weight on Sunday and just flushed water. Monday I was still up 2.4 lbs but was good yesterday, had a small light dinner at 5:30 and didn't eat anything else and this morning was down to .6 over LPW. Whew! Unfortunately we leave for Orlando on Thursday and I will be walking and on my feet for 5 days. Traveling always makes my legs swell and my food options are going to be all in restaurants for the trip. My plan to do a short round the middle of March but hopefully with a little bit of effort I can get my weight controlled after the trip. Hope everyone has a good rest of the week!

    How is everyone? I'm ok! Still have this cold, but on the mend..I'm down to .6 over LIW, so that's good! I'm in P4 on Saturday so I guess I've almost stabilized. I will stay in P3 for the most part. Have a good day

    Ha! Looks like I may be the only one on here! ok Well, I'm UP 1.4, to take me 2 on the nose over my LIW. I had a burger patty and Caesar salad last night. I guess its that! And tomorrow was to be my P4..lol..all good. I'm going to fast today and see. Have a good day

    I'm still here too. Day 17 of P3 and .4 under ldw. Stabilizing nicely. I went to visit friends this last weekend. Did really well eating but had lots and lots of ****tails. I thought I might have to do a steak day so I was pleasantly surprised that I'm still under ldw. I even had sweet potatoes last night which I love so I'm glad that I was able to add them back in successfully.

    A bit of a fail of a weekend! I'm officially in P4, and yesterday I jumped in way faster than I planned. The scale screamed at me this morning. So I will be mellow today! Good to hear you are doing well, Jen!

    Back from our trip and we had a good time. I tried to not think about what I should or shouldn't eat while we were gone and with that said I haven't been on the scale yet. I am still holding water from travel so maybe tomorrow I will get on and see how bad it is! LOL I am going to hold on to p3/p4 type eating until around the 20th or so and then do another short round. I will would like to get down another 12-15 pounds before Summer! Hope everyone is having a good week.

    Hi! Good to hear you had a nice time Ya I wouldn't weigh for at least a day! LOL..I'm going to try to lose the last bit on my own, so here's hoping! My P4 has been ok, I jumped in a little too much one day so I'm trying to correct that, but not terribly bad.

    I take a cranberry supplement or Uva Ursi when having water retention issues. This helps your bladder/kidneys so water goes through much better. Just an fyi

    Today is officially my last day of P3. I'm .9 above ldw so I am very pleased. I plan to stay on P3 a bit longer as I'm pretty happy with things as is. Sounds like everyone is doing great. MLD - good luck with your weigh in. Get back on that scale! I was so nervous when I got back from my weekend trip but I barely gained so I'm glad I got right back on! I have some fun activities planned this weekend. I'll be having ****tails so I'll need to keep my eating on point!
