    HELLOOOOO Phase 3! Group

    I'm happy to be here "Celebrated" with a real egg breakfast (not that 3 egg whites junk) cooked in coconut oil and topped with a tiny bit of raw cheddar cheese , plenty of salsa, and avocado. And I put as much milk as I wanted in my coffee today! Stomach is feeling slightly churny after eating a proper sized meal for the first time in a month, but it was SOOOO yummy. Going to see my masseuse in about an hour to get my body slathered in OIL! Yahoo!

    Anyway, just wanted to say hi

    Round 1(9/12) 23 pounds in 30 days! Round 2(1/13) 19.3 pounds in 23 days! Round 3(3/13) 20.5 pounds in 28 days!
    Back for Round Four: The Mulligan (Week 1 released 6 pounds! Week 2 released 5.2 pounds!)

    yeah my first P3 day too!! do you know of a good forum for us?? I ate 2 eggs fried in butter for bfast lots of cream in my coffee and 2 eggs for lunch fried in coco oil and some coco crack. Did great with eggs R1 so we will see tomorrow if I have any issues with them!! Have a great massage!!
    I am 5'4" 44 yo. Was stable at 123 last round, lost focus, back at 144.
    R1 1/11 Started at 170lbs got to 140. Another round 9/12 got to 123. Goal is to get back in that area and hold under 130.

    Lola, are we twins? I have 10 days till P3 as well, and the only thing I'm dreaming of (so far) is cream in my coffee!

    Wow! Ok I was 124.6 this am?? Dropped 1 lb.. I did have my Friday night co-ed softball and drank 1 beer and had 2 boca burgers yesterday – other than that I stayed on P3 foods, had 2 eggs for breakfast and lunch, coco oil, coco crack, butter, HWC (heavy whip cream), whole milk total cals 985 upping cals as I go this week .. Started taking probiotics for P3 - I have always had BM issues and need high fiber to keep me going and for me that is always in the form of high fiber tortillas or fiber one – no fiber one for P3 but will reintroduce high fiber tortillas soon only 2 net carbs them. Kept my carbs to 23 yesterday. I was scared of the boca burgers after of course reading on the forum they are so bad with soy and wheat and someone gained 10lbs eating one, exaggerating of course - bad bad – I read too much on here and freak myself out on the one person it affected and of course the 600 people it didn’t affect don’t post – you know how that goes. , haha. UGH, I knew I wasn’t being totally “P3 perfect” but thank goodness my body was Ok with it and ok with eggs. Last P3 I could eat anything on P3 and not gain let’s hope that’s the case again!! 

    Hello, happy to see you Ladies are enjoying P3 - just had my last dose this morning and will be joining you on Wednesday AM
    My last week on P2 was quite lousy in terms of losses, could have done maybe a couple of days more but I have a major trip coming up and wanted at least 3 days of true P3 days at home before hitting the road.

    Soooo....not sure yet about my first P3 meal, still trying to decide , lol

    Today is my first day of R2P3 and I'm not feeling hungry at all, at least not yet. I need to go work on my P3 menu. Looking forward to sharing our P3 adventures together

    I was bummed too same thing happened to me I actually gained 2 lbs the last two days of injection then those 72 hours on vlcd I dropped back down 2 lbs then another 1lb and woke up steady at 125 today .. so you still have a few days to lose a few and maintain - the same thing happened to me round 1. Looks like you did amazing in P2 - great job!

    I was terrified and I still am in the am but it's only day 3 for me. This is lowest I have weighed since true adult hood and dont want to lose it, lol. I counted cals and carbs day 1 and 2 and today I am only counting carbs - at least for the first week until I see stabilization. I guess trying to keep carbs under 20-25.
