wishing you a good loss. The tea is the bomb, I'm 3 for 3 with the ginger root tea.
Still didn't get to try coconut flour pancakes, or my margarita pizza with cauliflower crust, so i'll have to wait until next weekend i guess.

but those fudgesicles i made were really darn good, kind of like a dark choc taste sort of like those 96% choc bars in the healty choc section.
I think they are totally p3, and 45 cals each !

    5 tblsp cocoa powder
    13 oz unsweet coconut milk
    pinch salt
2 tblsp honey ,I used 3 pack stevia (didn't know if honey was p3 )
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Put it all in a magic bullet to mix, Then pour it into those popsicle molds and freeze.
( taste before you put in molds to make sure its sweet enough for you, before you freeze them )
    I am 5'8" 45 years old, Male

Up .2 today to 119.2 and only .6 above LDW so all is good with the world! Added in some vegi's yesterday and hoping that isn't what caused the gain and that it is because my cals were too low. Still struggling with how to get them up without having eggs and HWC and my MCT oil! But my belly is much flatter looking and no bloat so one of those things is not setting well with my system and I am thinking it is the HWC which really breaks my heart

Hey all! After being attacked by a nasty stomach bug, I am down a bit more. I have had the worst time stabilizing, but I swear these losses weren't my fault (am I bummed about them? No way! LOL)!

I ended up fasting yesterday because my tummy was wonky, but I did have a few bites of breakfast this morning, just to get the ball rolling. I didn't eat much, and will try again at lunch with tuna or salmon on a salad, and see how that goes.

I don't want to put my tummy in turmoil, and I don't want to gain, so I'll just take it slow and see what happens!

    Good Morning Everyone

@Shannon - do you think a .2 gain could be just normal fluctuations and may not be related to anything you ate? I'm so confused by what exactly 'stabilization' means that I also get freaked out by the little gains as I think that means I'm not stabile. Anyone have thoughts on this?

@Rusty - hope you get to feeling better quickly! Both of my kiddos are sick and I hope they don't share it with me! 9.2 below LDW - wowsa. I wouldn't be bummed either - LOL.

Hello to everyone else. I don't log on for a few days and I miss a whole ton. Have a fantastic day everyone!

Being stable means keeping it within the 2lb window of 2 lbs below or 2 lbs above LDW/LIW and staying in that range for the long term. I haven't been able to do that this round yet and have been trying to get back to LDW because I have contimually been way above it more than my 2 lbs. I have been eating nothing but high protein and fat for the last 4 days and yesterday was the first time to have any vegi's or anything other than high fat/protein. My body is not liking any of the foods it liked after my other 2 rounds so I am really struggling this time to find the balance. My little gain could also be that I weigh so early on week days due to having to be up for work at 3am and my body hadn't had enough time to process my food through yet even though I ate dinner at 4:30pm it was apretty heavy fat/protein dinner of lots of chuck roast.

As long as your weight stays within that 2 lb window you are stable though so don't getr freaked out by little gains here or there because it is totally normal for your body weight to fluctuate daily!

LOL! I do like being so far below LDW, and truly, I am not trying to lose weight!

As far as stability goes, the little fluxuations aren't a big deal. Since I eat Paleo all the time, I usually tend to be below my LDW, and until I got sick, it looked like I was going to stabilize at 198 - 199. So, IMO, stabilization is your usual weight (like taking 5 days of weighing and then figure the median range) as long as you aren't more than 2 lbs over your LDW. And, of course, don't try to diet.

after staying at 1.5 - 1.8 under LDW I decided to give eggs and bacon a shot this morning, 1 egg white with 3 slices low sodium bacon, 3 port.mushrooms, big thick slice choped onion, and spinach.
    Wish me luck, lol.
starting to feel funny now though, so maybe i'll have my jay robb smoothy at lunch to be safe.
tonight will probably be chicken burgers, mixed up with cilantro, cummin, onions, with phase 2 homemade salsa on top.

good luck to everyone today, may the scale be kind to us in the morning.

I pretty much have a menu that I stick to day in and day out because any variation seems to add a few ounces here and there which all add up over time. I, like most people, had no trouble stabilizing in R1 and didn't have sensitivities to anything but pork products. This round is an entirely different story and there are quite a few foods that I can't seem to clear. Even though none have produced a huge gain the next day (haven't tried pork though), cheese for instance always increases my weight by .3 to .6 - do that a few days in a row and I'm sunk - LOL.

Everyone sounds good in here. I was up today as expected from sat night no big deal I did ctd yesterday and today is day 1 pcds.

Sorry you were sick rusty. I too stabilized under my liw and now am in p4 but still watching everything closely

Mad cane and Shannon - I think used too much ginger yuck my tea was so strong and kinda burned my throat. Next time I'll scale back the ginger, lol. I am known to overdo everything

Good luck today to all. Sorry if I miss anyone on my phone again.
I am 5'4" 44 yo. Was stable at 123 last round, lost focus, back at 144.
R1 1/11 Started at 170lbs got to 140. Another round 9/12 got to 123. Goal is to get back in that area and hold under 130.

Hello everyone!! So glad to hear everyone is doing well. You gals are all maintaining and losing during your steak days. AFM, I came back from Vegas 7lbs heavier!!! One buffet and a couple of rums with diet cokes later... Did steak day today--hopefully I lose a good amount by tomorrow!!! We did a lot of walking and going up and down stairs. My calves are sore and I didn't drink much water. My drinks were mainly rum/diet coke and vodka shots... Arg---what one weekend can do to you!! I stuck with protocol my first round, this second round I was off protocol as soon as I started p3. Then again, it was Vegas. I refuse to change my ticker today. I will adjust tomorrow.. Hopefully I don't have to set it at 150!!

    Start: 193 LDW: 165 End: 166.6
    R2 SUBQ 8/25/12 50 day round
    Start: 168.8 LIW: 143.2 End: 152.4
    R3 SUBQ 2/16/13 53 day round

    R4 SUBQ 6/5/15
    Start: 163 LIW: End:
    P2 Week 1 7.6 loss
    P2 Week 2 2.6 loss
