    Hi Everyone

    I am .4 over LDW but really enjoyed my first day of P3! I pretty much followed the same menu yesterday that I ate on R1P3D1 and everything seems okay so far. I had an avocado, an apple and strawberries (1st time having two fruits in one day), cheese, eggs (I ate them in P2), and Bolthouse salad dressing that I used last round. I know it's quite a bit for one day but since I did it this way before, I figured what the heck! Today I may take out the cheese and the Bolthouse and add in Fage, we'll see...

    Happy to hear that everyone is doing so well!

    @Danielle - what did you make with coconut flour - just the thought of flour anything sounds good!

    @Rusty - thanks for the Paleo ketchup recipe! How was the pulled pork? I must be hungry because everything sounds so good right now - LOL!

    @Glitter - how's your hunger today?

    @Craezie - congrats on bringing your weight back down close to LIW. Did you end up having to do a steak or high protein day?

    Good job on day 1!!
    I made a mug cake - it was OK.. wouldn't make it again, made flax meal bread today - had an egg salad sandwich with it, yum!! just did real mayo I don't pay too much attention to minimal sugars and did that in r1 and was good too.. here's the recipe link if your interested.. you can add herbs and cinnamon too i made it on a cookie sheet and cut it like bread. http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/bre...axbasicfoc.htm

    I am 5'4" 44 yo. Was stable at 123 last round, lost focus, back at 144.
    R1 1/11 Started at 170lbs got to 140. Another round 9/12 got to 123. Goal is to get back in that area and hold under 130.

    @Danielle - for the oil did you use coconut oil? Also, did you line your cookie sheet with the parchment paper or just dump it on the cookie sheet? Thanks again!

    I used olive oil but I am sure coconut oil would be good, i was out of parchment paper and oiled the pan with canola, parchment paper would better

    P3D5 I was 125.2 this am the highest by .2 since I started P3 - why does that freak me out?? I know it's no big deal and I haven't had a bm since Thursday - you know my issues, so annoying. I even took 10 psyllium husk pills yesterday and nothing and am taking a probiotic everyday. I have fiber in my diet again with flax bread and coconut flour and eat coconut oil. So ex-lax again today. I swear I have to take in 1000g of fiber a day to be regular (exaggerating of course, lol).

    Good Morning Everyone

    @Danielle - I'm up today too - .6 and I am a little worried as well but in my heart I know it's probably normal fluctuations. I take Natural Calm every night before bed (3 tsp) and it keeps me really regular - you might try that, just a thought. BTW, love the pic!

    Hope everyone else has a good weigh-in today

    Danielle: Try some magnesium (about 500 mg to start), or if you can find it, some Smooth Move tea, that might help.

    Don't forget your greens, getting plenty of ruffage into your diet can't hurt either!

    @Rusty - 2 lbs. below LDW - nice job Can you share what you eat in a typical P3 day? Do you know roughly how many cals, fats, proteins, carbs you generally consumer per day or what percentages?

    Hi all hope you don't mind me jumping in here too, I'm R3P3 Day 6 as of today.

    So it's been a rough weekend and I totally went off the deep end Saturday night and then again on Sunday! For the record this is so not like me and never did any of this in my last 2 rounds and wouldn't even think to eat the foods I ate during my 10 months of maintenance prior to this round so I am not sure what got into me!

    So my weight Sat and Sun was 118.2(LDW 118.6) which was great but yesterday morning I was up to 122.8 which was way above my 2 lb window so for the first time ever I had to do a steak day yesterday. Let me just say I am not proud of the things I ate and I have been sick as ever since I ate them, my body is fully rejecting them and I believe I may even have a gluten intolerance because I am still miserable!! So I did a steak day yesterday and ate a 2 lb rib eye steak and follwed it up with a tomato and only had a 1.6 lb loss today down to 121.2. I usually always have a 2nd day gain so I am thinking today would of been my 2nd day gain from Sunday's splurges so it counter acted what should of been a big loss today.

    So back on the clean eating P3 train and no more deviating what so ever!

    I also pretty much follow the Leptin/Paleo/Primal way of eating and ate that way for 10 months prior to doing this last round and was able to keep my weight completely stable, eat really well, splurge once in a while and really enjoyed amazing foods and not feel like I am being deprived one bit.
