Haven’t lost anything in the last 2 weighs it, so I hope a big glass of wine wont kill my efforts. I am way too close to 72 hours to fail

    Office rat - everyone is welcome!!

    down 3.8 this am, woo hoo, had a couple chicken thighs , romaine and avocados yesterday and of course creamer and milk in my coffee, now at 128 - working my way back to the 123 area
    I am 5'4" 44 yo. Was stable at 123 last round, lost focus, back at 144.
    R1 1/11 Started at 170lbs got to 140. Another round 9/12 got to 123. Goal is to get back in that area and hold under 130.

    Welcome Officerat!!! Enjoy your first P3 meal and just remember to take it slow adding in things especially dairy and nuts.

    Danielle holy crap 3.8 lbs gone already!! Send me some of those good vibes!

    Debee you are doing amazing with your P3, way to go!!!

    AFM - No change on the scale today and I am totally fine with that and know things will eventually come back down. I packed on 6 lbs in a week of vacation and eating super bad foods so I know it's going to take some time with clean eating to get it back down but I also know that by eating clean with no fancy stuff added in it will come back down! So lots of protein, fats and vegi's!

    It's been an exhausting week back to work this week and have been having to work 10.5+ hours a day since I have been back and I am beat and so ready for the weekend!

    Happy Friday, Everyone! Sounds like everyone's doing great, either stabilizing or losing those junk pounds from having a wonderful vacation! It's great to see those experience HCG'er, go on vacation, and not freak out with a few extra pounds. Knowing that they can get it back off. That is inspiring!

    AFM: up .2# from yesterday, but .6# below LDW. This morning I was having a BAB, 4 eggs, but couldn't stand the thought of meat, so had Jay Robb's protein Powder. 52 gram protein, hopefully I won't see a gain tomorrow:/

    Thanks Shannon, I went up .2 today from yesterday (I did have a small amt. of cottage cheese 4 breakfast). My lowest weight was the day after my 1st P3 day @ 124.4, I'm now 125.4. So, I'm gonna stay away from the cottage cheese & yogurt for a while. But I did have heavy cream in my coffee...love it! Eggs & bacon w/ cheddar/jack cheese 4 breakfast, big salad for lunch w/ chicken, goat cheese, a handful of walnuts & XVOO homemade dressing...yum! I don't want to go up anymore...if I do, I guess I need to let go of the heavy cream and possibly the nuts. Although I did have almonds on my 1st day of P3 and the next morning lost almost a pound. My cocoa crack didn't come out right...I don't know how I messed up such an easy recipe! I'll try it again. Does coconut oil get rancid because I've had mine for a long time. This may be a stretch, but do u think it would be o.k. to buy the Atkins bars that are good for the induction phase? Can u tell I'm a sweets junkie!

    For sure go with the cocoa crack but be careful how much you eat cause it can cause major bathroom trips and a bad belly ache if you eat too much at one time due to the coconut oil in it.
