    Gr8 - a short round sounds like a great idea , good luck!

    yeah down another 1.4 and only 1.4 lbs away from pre-vacation/bad weekend weight .. one day at a time
    I am 5'4" 44 yo. Was stable at 123 last round, lost focus, back at 144.
    R1 1/11 Started at 170lbs got to 140. Another round 9/12 got to 123. Goal is to get back in that area and hold under 130.

    Danielle I am so jealous!! Send some of those good loosing vibes my way!!

    Gr8 your going to cycle, how long will you have been off HCG before you start back up? Oh that scares me I haven't seen many people cycle and be able to really ever stabilize. I so hope it works for you! your body so needs the time to recoup between rounds and your skin needs the time to catch up with your losses as well so you don't have major saggy skin.

    AFM - Forgot I had to go to a late bday dinner last night so of course by weight is up agian today! I ate super clean all day even at dinner and my body does not do well with eating after 2-3pm so having dinner at 6:30 and to be 2 hours later always causes me to show a gain the next day. Another super clean eating day today of protein, fats and vegi's and and hopefully I will see a nice drop tomorrow but than again I have aerobics tonight so we shall see.

    i understand your concerns. i think its only cutting p4 short by two weeks
    if i have it figured out right. stabilized very well thu the whole of p3

    AFM: I am at LIW+5.8, mini-goal is to get back to LIW before Thanksgiving. Gr8 I will probably be joining you in P2, but doing a long round instead of a short one. I still have 70+ lbs to go, so I might as well get going on it. I have started riding my exercise bike and walking for exercise, so I'll continue that through my next P2.

    Was this your first round or 2nd? I cut my first round of P4 short and boy was I sorry I did especially since I did 9 weeks my first round. My kidneys hurt from the start of round 2 because I didn't give them enough time to recoup after such a long round. Remember with each round you do you have to add an extra time to your P3/4.

    Lynne - the ups and downs were in weeks 2&3 of P3 I am good now once it settled down around week 4 (my long P3 round, haha). I am still losing some weight from vacation and my overeating weekend - it's coming off as planned

    Shannon - yours will come off being sick I am sure did not help and eating late - your weight was probably not accurate as to when you usually eat. I eat early too just because I like it that way, I usually have dinner on the table by 4-5pm, everyone giggles that we eat so early but that gives me plenty of time to settle in for the night and the kids just grab popcorn or something if they are hungry before bed - they still have that luxury, lol.

    Glad to hear everyone is doing so well!!!
    I am R3P3D15 and had trouble stablizing so i kinda started P3 over after my steak day and i have added back eggs yesterday and stayed the same weight today ! YAY I think i will wait untill Sunday and try cheese. I just wanna stay stable ! This round has been so hard . Any ideas or tips ? My other rounds by now i added cocoa crack and mug cake... Im scared to this round

    Melanie my first 2 rounds were a breeze really in stabilizing after the first week but this one has been a train wreck from the get go due to a major cheat on day 3 of P3. Each round is so different and each round foods will react to your body different. Foods you were fine with in your first P3 you may not be ok with in your 2nd and even if you ate them in P2. It's just really all about learning how YOUR body reacts and what works for you. Just take it slow and add 1 thing at a time for 3 days and see how your weight does and if no major spikes then add something else in and see how you do. I know it is frustrating for sure!

    Melaniet - I agree with Shannon, this P3 was way different and I added a week to P3 until I finally settled in, week 2&3 were a roller coaster, well I say I added a week but I pretty much eat P3 only except when I have what I want on the weekends then get back to it on Monday. What I could eat R1 in P3 was not the same this round, I stabilized beautifully in R1 but not in R2 , it might something to do with being a lower weight close to goal, who knows??? What worked for Shannon and me during P3 was to step back cut out all dairy (I did keep my hwc in my coffee though) and ate meat/fat/veggies/avocados, limited carbs in veggies seemed to help get the weight back stable and even lost an additional lb or 2 for me after that, maybe try that for a day or two and see what happens. Example menu for me one day , bfast sausage,bacon, lunch avocado,couple chicken thighs with skin, romaine and the same for dinner.. just a thought , it will get better for you

    shannon.. I know round 1 and 2 were a breeze R3 has been awfull since the begining.. I have not cheated all i can think is i added almond butter and TOM showed up thats when things went wacky... no more almond butter for me ... Thanks and i will go slow!
