    Me, I'm on P3D6, and been stable within +2, for the past 5 days. One thing I've noticed tho, I'm starting to wake up much hungrier than I have in years, but not going to bed hungry and not terribly hungry during the day. Interesting process our bodies go through. Observing all the different types of changes. I'm pretty sure I'm getting enough protein and fats, staying away from carbs and sugars without effort, getting at least 1/2 apple and 1-2 veg in every day.
    Thank you, but there were 2 oz left in the bag, lol, So I ate them all. )

    Ahh, yes, happy Phase 3 day to me. My first day on P3, an I'm eagerly anticipating my breakfast of scrambled eggs, yum!!! I haven't eaten eggs at all through P2, so I'll be careful adding eggs and seeing how I do.

    Official LDW is 206.6, that's my weight as of this morning. So I'll just be careful to stay within 2 lbs +/- of that for my P3.
    I'm scared and excited at the same time, lol!!

    Morning All, okay, I have a question, I have bee n deer hunting this weekend. Spent 12 hours on Saturday in a tree stand and 6 on Sunday. I did not drink all my water, well you can imagine why! Also, I didn't eat as much, but I did eat jerky. I weighed today and I'm up 2# from LDW. Should I do a steak day or is this just dehydration and I should increase my wat today and eat per protocol? The only thing I did different is I ate some nuts(no peanuts) on Saturday and had 4baby carrots. . This is P3D13.

    Get your water up and eat clean. Hold off on the steak day for one day, to see what you get tomorrow. Did you nab anything?

    Morning, Rusty, I figured I would do like you said, eat clean. My BAB was 6.2oz prime rib, 2 eggs, 1 tbs. butter. Also, drinking my water, since the bathroom is right around the corner. I read P&I, about steak day, and reminded me that it's to be done "if" you are over 2# from LDW and I am not. I feel certain I will be down tomorrow.
    As for getting anything, no I didn't. We have one being made into summer sausage. We do a "deer management" where there is a certain criteria that has to be meant before we can harvest a deer. This way the herd stays healthy and the bucks grow large. We usually harvest 4 deer to last us through the year. If you lived closer, I would surely invite ya over for some yummy venison

    MMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmm wild game! It's always so funny (funny sad, not funny ha ha), that the "animal rights" people don't understand that those of us who hunt are the best conservationists!!! Considering deer are the most deadly animals on earth (because of car accidents), more so than sharks, bears or even big cats!

    I am sorry you didn't bag a 10 point buck, but there is always next year! Grok on!

    Happy Monday all...It's going to be a long, short week and so stressful from here on till after the first of the year with my job and I am not looking forward to it!

    So had a good weekend tons of seafood Friday and Saturday and my weight is doing great sitting at 123.2 today and super happy with that and hoping now that I am back to doing the BPIF for the next 3 days I might see a little more loss. I didn't do it over the wekeend because we weren't home, had no scale on Sat but Sunday morning I was at 122.8 and the gain today is from eating late and up super early today for work which is typical for my Monday weigh ins.

    Went shopping yesterday and was super excited to fit into a size 1 jeans, I didn't even know they made a size 1 but either way it totally made my day!

    Also I have pretty much cut out all dairy and eggs except for my kerrygold butter and I can't believe the difference it has made in the way my body looks and feels ot maybe it's the bulletproof coffee, either way I am liking it and will continue and maybe just have eggs on the weekends as a treat.

    I dont know if its water retention but... would a steak day hurt you if it was? I wanna know for future, also, someone just asked this this. a.m. on another thread but about tom, she wondered if her over 2 lb fluctuation was due to tom and if she should do a steak day cuz she cheated and wasnt sure.
    I would do a steak day for either, however, if someone else knows differently.. let us know

    Hi, Kansas, Grammy1952 told me to up my water today, since I didn't drink enough over the weekend. Also, in "Pounds & Inches" it states that a steak day is only if you go over 2# from your LDW/LIW. And I'm right at the two pound mark. Hopefully tomorrow I see a drop
    I've drank 112oz of water alone today.

    Beautiful Tuesday morning to you all Well weighed today and I'm down 1.4#. Yay! My hope is to make it through phase 3 without having to do a correction day. I have one week left( fingers crossed)
