    Hi all. I have a few weeks into P3 and staying within the 2 lbs mark. Actually didn't weigh in this morning because I overslept and needed coffee and FFF immediately! LOL Hope everyone has a good week!

    Another day in the "safety zone". Yay! Hope you all are doing well too! I'm thinking of battling my taxes today. Eek!!! Wish me luck and to stay away from my husbands Tag Along Girl Scout cookie stash. I'm upset I "found"

    Hey lady! Welcome to the awesomeness of p3! I have a week left! Then onward to p4! I will be back for my 4th round at the end of march! It looks like you damn near made it to your goal! So happy for you! You're amazing, and I hope I get there this year!

    Cheese is not my friend. It wasn't my friend last round and it still isn't my friend. Ended up .2 over LPW but not going to do a correction as I know the culprite. Drinking lots of water tomorrow and I should be down again. Dang it...I like cheese.

    hi all,

    Sounds like everyone is doing great! I've been home sick for almost 3 days..just wiped. I've been sticking to P3, a little up and down, but not over the 2. I made a crock pot chicken soup, which was ok, I always find chicken overcooks no matter what. I have a weekend away starting tomorrow, and I think I will still go, and just take it easy. Have a great weekend

    Thanks Rizzo. I'm going to try to drop these last 3 pounds on p3/p4 as if I set a goal come heck or high water I'm going to hit it . The real goal though is to stay with my mantra of "weigh everyday no matter what". I might get it tattooed on my hand lol! It's the ONLY way I will ever stay in my happy weight zone. If I don't weigh, because I had a bad day prior and know I splurged but "I'll be good today" it just snowballs and all of a sudden my jeans won't zip. Not cool. I'm going to get to 129 and gosh dang it I'm going to stay there. 3 lbs to go! Thanks for being my cheerleader as I rode the yo yo for the final time. I'm confident you can do it too!!!

    I keep vacillating between what my end goal is. 134-145 ugh.. I guess I will find out the closer I get to it. Currently goal is set for 140. I'm .8 over my ldw today. Two weeks into p3. I really want tto drop a few more lbs before my next round! Haven't attempted to lose during p4 before but I'm hell bent on it! I will be pretty close after my round coming up in August.

    Day 10 of P3 and only .02 above ldw. Feeling like that is something to celebrate. I went out to eat a lot this weekend but made good choices. I hope you are all enjoying p3!

    Morning all. Back at work after being sick..still not great but ok I went away for the weekend after all, and just laid low. I'm still within the 2 pound range which is great. I've officially got 5 days of p3 left, but I will take it at least a week further than that. I'm not really missing anything. See ya!

    Good morning everyone,
    Today is my 1st day in p3. Had my yummy breakfast and the tummy is feeling it for sure. The scale dropped a pound this morning, so I now have a 1 lb allowance. Here's to maintaining..
    I'm 5'2" and curvy in nature
    Round 1- starting weight 184.6
    LIW-159
    end of P4- 164
    Round 4- starting at 152
    LIW ( only 30 days)- 134.4
    P3- 138.4
    Round 5- starting 143
    LIW- 125.6

    Woo Congrats! Welcome to food! Hope you enjoy your first day! I'm still around, mostly just reading threads! Almost to p4. Thursday is the day. I've stabilized and am fine! Hope you stabilize well!
