Dang Rizzo... What a bust! I made really good tomato/beef sauce and ate it over zucchini noodles. I ate zucchini on previous rounds with no issue so fingers crossed that I still can. Tom arrived today so my will power was a little lower and the meat sauce sounded fab on this rainy AZ day.
This little horse keeps going up and down the fence....lets keep him to the right this time!!!

    Hi everyone!
Hope you all are doing great. I was down 3lbs yesterday!! Wow! I didn't gain anything on this load and I think my body is still trying to dump fluid from surgery...slowly but surely I can tell the difference. I finally have something that resembles a waistline--I am one of those people who is pretty much a rectangle from my chest to my thighs...now I can actually see some definition!
Rizzo--sorry to hear about the fish....and speaking of fish I have frozen flounder in the freezer...any easy protocol recipes you would be willing to share?
I may have to go a little rogue with the zucchini as well. I don't follow the program POP especially when it comes to body lotion and other stuff, but when I am on plan, I try really hard not to cheat.

Today we have a farewell luncheon at a burger place so I am kind of torn. I may try the big mac salad, but I am half thinking to find a way to not go to it. It is too early in the round for me to have to do this kind of a workaround, so I may send my regrets and tell them I have an appointment at school or something.

    Oh well

    Time for work!
    Have a great day!

Morning all! I was surprising down another 1lb this morning. I see a stall in my near future but I'd love if the losses would continue like this I'm Back! Who's with me? P2 Group

Travelgirl that's a nice feeling. When all the swelling finally goes away and you are able to see the final package, it's such a great feeling! Im not 100% pop either, food yes but I use lotions and stuff. I have to. Colorado is so dry in the winter

    Have a great day everyone!

I'm a veggie mixer too. I like tomatoes and lemon with shallots and garlic on top of my white fish. SOmetimes I throw some dijon in there to thicken it up a little with some water. You can make a nice lime and cilantro pesto! I also like a little pico with tomatoes red onion garlic and some cayenne! All of which goes well on chicken too!

I was down 1.8 today. I was hoping for more for my first day of not loading but what can you do? I always hope for more? Especially since my dinner sucked so hard last night and I was hungry. Today I made some halibut with asparagus capers and tomato sauce. pretty tasty for lunch. Well I better finish it and get back to work! Ugh!

Yumm! Wait I have asparagus and capers and tomatoes at home! Sounds like a recipe tonite or tomorrow nite.

I bailed on the luncheon--would rather be a food/social hermit this early in the round.

Jennifer--I cannot wait for all this swelling and bruising to go away. The tt incision is still tight and my arms and thighs are still tender from the lipo...but even my husband is starting to notice I don't have as bad of bingo wings as I used to.

    Well back to work...

Did you take before and after pics? I bet they will be stellar! Especially with the HCG added to it! Way to go lady!

Hi! This is my first post (but I read the forum often for support during my first 2 rounds). Hope you don't mind me joining.

I am on my third round of injections - first was through a Dr. and second and third using supplies ordered online. I had a successful first round in the spring and a good second round in the summer, and then I had a lot of fun over the holidays! Apparently even if you stabilize well in P3 you still gain weight when you eat with wild abandon! So I am back to re-lose some weight and start feeling better.

I am on VLCD2. And my scale is broken!! I have an eatsmart scale coming from amazon, it should be here tomorrow night. It feels weird not to have the scale for feedback.

I am aiming for 30 days of injections this round and I am looking forward to P3.

For those of you who are doing injections... do you freeze your pre filled syringes? Or do you mix a fresh batch of hcg after about 20 days or so? Just curious... I'm heard mixed things... that you have better losses when it's fresh.

Jenn... How on earth do you lose 30 in 30?! You are so lucky!!! I do 40 injections skip a day so basically 7 weeks on program and I am lucky if I lose 17 lbs
