First day of p3 tomorrow. Today I did not eat much. We just bought a house so had to go there and sign paperwork. Plus doing running around ... My one and only meal was a 6 oz chicken Breast and broccoli. Then at home before bed I had a cup of blueberry so hope I'm not to bad tomorrow.. Great losses everyone you all look great

So my LIW was 163.0 I've been holding at 164.0 since my ER trip. Today I'm at 163.6. So I'm doing pretty well within my 2lb range. Figured I wouldn't be a lucky one to maintain 2lbs under lol. Today starts day 6 of P3. So far so good.

First day of p3 and I hit 154.6 WOW.... Trying to muster down a white egg vegy omelet with no cheese for breakfast. I'm full at half lol. So not used to eating breakfast anymore. More running around today but will make sure I don't skip a meal...

Well, after my first day of P3 I'm up .8 pounds. Not too concerned, or surprised. It's not because I didn't get in enough water, or that I ate a tiny bit of cheese, or the dairy I had. I don't attribute it to anything but what I like to call "poop weight" . After all, I have just added a whole lot more food into my stomach that hasn't passed through. In fact it will be typical because I will continue to eat more food than I did on HCG.

I think the toughest part going forward for me is planning out what I'm going to eat everyday....and weighing it....and logging it .

I've been wearing my new Fitbit (very fun for an analytical and detailed person like me!) and I averaged a calorie burn of 2100 per day for this past week. One day, when I did absolutely nothing but sit on my butt trying to figure this Fitbit out, I only burned 1750 calories, so that's a good incentive to get up and move more! I consider that my base burn, or rather my "lazy day burn" . This helps me know that on days like those, I shouldn't eat so much! But to keep my average up, I did a 2.5 mile walk on three days and I burned about 350 calories extra for each of those days. And I took a 7 mile bike ride one day where I burned an extra 770 calories. And this past Friday, I didn't exercise at all, but was very busy around the house all day and then I went to a party at night and I burned an extra 900 calories! And then yesterday, I was also busy around the house, rearranging my closet, prepping food, doing laundry, etc. and I burned 2100 for that day, so again another 350 calories. So even if I stay active, rather than be a couch potato, I can burn an extra 350 calories a day even without my short walks. My problem is, since I am retired from being a mommy, I don't have all that much to do, lol. But, we do have this beautiful walking trail all along the beach that if I do the whole thing its 5 miles round trip so I'm looking forward to getting back to that. Anyway, for the next three weeks I'm going to try to maintain this new weight so I can stabilize well, and then I'll start really amp'ing up the exercise to lose more.

Oh, one more thing. Since I'm averaging 2100 calories a day, this tells me it's not really healthy to try to lose 2 pounds a week if I go under that 2100 calorie burn because I don't want to eat below 1200 calories on any given day...and I would have to cut 1000 calories/day to do so. So for now, if I keep this burn up, I might lose 1.8 pounds a week. Still not bad. But in reality, I will probably only shoot for 1 pound a week which means as I increase my exercise, I'm gonna have to eat more...and I don't know HOW I'm going to do that!! Oh sure, I can add in some fattening foods, but I'm really trying to stay away from sugar and processed carbs. Yesterday I had MORE than enough food and I only reached 1168 calories! I guess I'm gonna have to increase my wine for another few hundred calories .

BTW, I tried to find some fat pics of me but I'm pretty sure I won't let anyone take them of me, haha.

Lol, Isabella. The only reason mine exist is because I made a conscious decision to take a before picture. You won't find many full body shots of me otherwise. I'm notorious for eluding cameras at all costs.

I am really pleased with my results so far. I am going to Walker Stalker Con in Dallas in a couple of weeks, and I am super excited that my clothes fit more comfortably. I was nervous that they were still going to be uncomfortably tight and awful in my pictures with my favorite Walking Dead actors, and I wouldn't want to show them to anyone. But, I'm feeling much better about it now. I am not where I need to be, but I'm closer than I was.
