    Well I'm sick as can be but too busy to care. On the bright side I lost that .8 and am back to 163.0 (my LIW). So there's that
    Starting new in 2020-somewhere around 190lbs. We will see when I get the meds where I start.

    My LIW was 154.2 and after 2 days of eating on P3 I woke to 154.8 this morning. Not too bad considering I had Poke with 100g of white rice last night

    I go to bed every night thinking well this is it. I'm going to have my two pound gain tomorrow. Who wouldn't after eating what seems like a glutinous amount of food. And every morning when I wake up I'm shocked that my #'s are less than a pound more than my LIW. Then today I'm back at my LIW.

    I'm finding it so hard to eat enough calories in a day. Today I had 2 eggs and a banana, 2 tuna and cucumber lettuce wraps. And for dinner chicken, baby Bok Choy and a few pieces of sweet potato... That's a ton of food but I'm still low, I guess I can add a cup of blueberrys later.

    Thank you Isabella! 2016 is DEFINITELY the year of the new me in every aspect, lol. I haven't weighed this little since about high school/first year of college, haha. I gained most of my weight when I got my first job at McDonalds, (obviously, lol. Free food every day for lunch? Yeah...)

    I've gotten a couple friends on the diet too, one of them is going to be starting P1 this weekend! I'm so excited for her, haha.

    so far so good on p3.. im up only .2 from LIW i still cant eat enough calories today im adding apples to my diet again.. moving in 3 weeks so busy busy packing and lawyers and banks ugh lol trying to keep the water up .. where did everyone go?

    I'm sticking around 163.6. My LIW was 163.6 but I count it at 163.0 which was my last day on 500 calories since it was still on my system. I'm about a week into P3 so far so good. Next goal. Pregnancy. At a healthier weight. That or start HCG again in April to lose another 20 lbs

    Haven't been on here for quite a while. Life just gets in the way. But, I'm all caught up and DAMN!! Y'all are looking GOOD!!!!!

    As for me, I'm going to extend my round until I hit my 40 pound goal. So I have about 6 more pounds to go and then on to P3. I'll share my before after pics when I hit it.

    i am going to finish p3, and through out summer go to gym and such then decide if im going to do another round.. i might be able to get the last off with just going to gym and eating right. and i will be starting working again after being a sahm for last 10 years so being active all day will help too. yay i get a life again i cant wait

    I've been sick. My LIW was officially 164.0 however I wanted to count my "LIW" as the last day of my 500 calories b/c the meds were still in my system. That was 163.0. I've been maintaining a constant 163.6-163.8 without any problems. I have been eating as much as I want until I'm full. I've eaten a few fortune cookies and had Thai food again and it doesn't seem to effect me. I'm thrilled about that.

    So my purpose behind the diet was to get pregnant again. It took us 9 years to get pregnant and then it was only after 1 month of a completed round. That was the first time in my life I had ever seen a positive pregnancy test. Then back in July I ended a short round on this and got pregnant for a second time in August. Unfortunately that was an interstitial pregnancy and had to be removed at 9 weeks.

    Those are the only two times I've done this diet and the only two times I've ever gotten pregnant, even with IUI and IVF. Doctors have told me it would NEVER happen and I proved them wrong. I don't know if it was losing the weight or the help of the hormone in my body helping with my progesterone or what, but it works.

    This is the lowest I've ever weighed coming off the diet.... or since I got married in 2003! So I'm hoping this is our month. This way if I gain under 20 lbs, I will still weigh 10lbs less than starting this diet. If I don't get pregnant, I'm doing another round in April to see "how low can I go". According to BMI I should be at 121. But unless we're cutting off my boobs, that isn't going to happen. I'm aiming for 145ish- so just under 20 more pounds. I figure I'll either get pregnant or I will get smaller. Win Win either way. I'll let you know!
